I've made my peace with the use of the Batista torso, but those skinny legs still bother me.
I hope they release that Lex head without the face paint ASAP.

I really like the Sting head. I'm not crazy about the body selection, but it's not a deal breaker for me. Of all the Elite Stingers to date, this may be my personal favorite.

looks much better than the MOC pics.
but i think most of these replies missed the fact that u modded the neck peg. It didn't come out the package looking like that.
u cracked the torso to swap that out, right?

I planned on giving it a Bulldog torso anyway but having to swap neck pegs just to get the head raised enough to give him a neck is ridiculous. |

Yes, it's been modified with the longest neck peg and you have to crack the torso to change it. Mattel uses three different size length neck pegs and most of the figures always use the medium length peg. I should have some time later and I'll take a picture before I made the change.

Should be able to raise the neck by sticking putty in the hole causing the head to stay higher on the peg perhaps?

Looks a lot better. It's tempting. Just don't need Luger or Savage. I like how they didn't go for a smiling scan (or whatever his expression is on the first Surfer Sting). His character that year was slowly changing into the Crow and the scan reflects that. Very cool idea for a 3 pck though. A nice touch would have been packaging themed to Bash at the Beach

So I relooked at this figure again and I just noticed that it's the surfer Sting I wanted and not only does this figure have the problems I stated before (super ripped torso rather than Austin's and anorexic legs) but the boots aren't lime green :/

When I have a figure with no neck I just pop the head and put the cotton from the head of a q-tip inside the head and pop it back on. Usually just one side of the q-tip is enlighten if not I put some from the other side in as well until it sits where I want it to. Works every time. I need this BatB set in my life asap. |

This is one of the greatest packs I've seen since I started collecting again I'm right there with you. This is a must have if there has ever been one. Damn my wallet is going to take a beating in the next few months with these TNF2 figures, target hall of fame finally sting their stuff together, and the toys r us exclusives that are all due out in a matter of weeks. |
