I bought this for my son today from Wrestling shop here in the UK. It cost a bit more than I wanted to pay but it'll be well worth it because he's been really excited about this and The Shield three packs since he saw the pictures online. Sadly, The Shield pack sold out quickly and I missed out on it. I think that this pack might be the best of the two, though. How much were they wanting? It was £75 for the pack. A bit more than I'd normally pay but I suppose £25 per figure, for some exclusives that we can't get here, wasn't too bad when you consider that Toys R Us charge us the same for Network Exclusives that fill the shelves. I'm not sure how many they had in but this and The Shiled three pack sold out within a day. |

Bummer, would've taken that! Keep checking because they re-stock on a regular basis. They sold so well that I'd guess they'll have more in soon. They were selling the Warrior and Shango Target Exclusives for £60 and they went quicker than anything else. |

My Wal-Marts in West Virginia only have the 3-packs. Still waiting on Typhoon, Earthquake and the retro Hasbro-inspired figures. But I gotta say, I love the Sting in that 3-pack. I could do without these particular versions of Macho and Lex, though. I'm also from WV around the Beckley area. What part of the state u in?? Huntington. We have three Wal-Marts in short distance (including right across the river in Ohio). My preferred Wal-Mart did get the retro figs in this week (they're empty pegs now), but they ALL sold out before I got there. I mean they stocked them and they sold out two pegs worth within 24 hours. I still haven't seen any sign of the new "Then Now Forever" elites as of this morning. The head of the toy department told me that four guys had advance knowledge of the arrival of the new shipments and they literally took them straight from the box along with some other brand (Marvel?) at about 5am on Monday. That's fine. I'll just wait for the revision cases.  |

Grabbed the WCW 3 pack today at Walmart. They had 2 of the WCW ones and 1 of the Shield out on the shelf. One of the WCW packs had a bad paint job on Savage so I grabbed the good one and groaned to the register lol and decided to grab it today for 50. No sign of the Disasters yet though.

My dad knows I collect Mattel, so any time he's out, he checks the toy sections at Target, Walmart, etc, and calls If he finds anything. Well sure enough I'm woken up from a call, "Hey, I found that Sting 3 pack". Last one left apparently. First thing I did was add some q-tip cotton to give Stinger more of a neck. It warms my heart to see a WCW 3 pack like this, and WCW era guy's getting figures as a whole; Harlem Heat, Flyin' Brian, etc.  |

I'm not sure if anyone else brought this up. It's a minor detail, but why did Mattel use a chartreuse green color for the base of Savage's tights. They already used a yellow base on the Macho Maniacs Savage, so it was definitely possible to use it. I love the figure, the color choice just doesn't make any sense.

I'm not sure if anyone else brought this up. It's a minor detail, but why did Mattel use a chartreuse green color for the base of Savage's tights. They already used a yellow base on the Macho Maniacs Savage, so it was definitely possible to use it. I love the figure, the color choice just doesn't make any sense. Im more confused as to why his left leg looks like its cast in the greenish/yellow color but his right leg has it painted on. |
