She can probably sue them if they release her while she's injured I heard she is backstage at raw tonight. PWInsider: Paige is already gone from tonight's Raw taping. While she was there, nothing was filmed for Total Divas. One person we spoke to believes she was there to meet with WWE officials regarding her neck issues. We were told she was picked up from the building by Alberto Del Rio/El Patron and will not be appearing on Raw. Del Rio and Paige spent a lot of time signing for fans outside the building before leaving. |

This is my attitude toward the CW division on RAW. At this point, they might as well just leave it to 205 live, because they do it no justice during a 3 HOUR SHOW with tons of filler. A great many matches could be given more time, but I think it's a bigger issue with the cruisers as they're still trying to establish many of them. And much of the crowd will only ever see them in these nothing matches, so will never invest in them. Not to mention these nothing matches often do nothing but set up the 205Live rematch. Why would people tune in to an extra show if they're not getting anything good on the first one they're watching? People like use will because we know, but the average fan will expect it to be more of the same and ignore it. Not to mention Cedric's one of the most talented workers in the company, and they're not giving him the chance to show that off. The same could be said of Gulak, to a lesser degree. Heck, he's not even really been given the chance for hardcore fans to warm to him. Cedric at least won many of them over in the CWC, if not back with ROH, which is where I discovered him. Though I went from liking him to being a super fan when I attended an event that was headlined by him against AJ Styles. It was magic.  I agree, Cedric is phenomenal. They've approached the division all wrong--which is astonishing given how much they got right with the CWC itself. Great intro video packages, amazing matchups & they gave all the talent TIME to showcase their talents, develop chemistry in a match & some got to TEAR THE HOUSE DOWN (Like that Ibushi/Cedric match). You put just ONE of those quality matches on RAW & the world will take notice, I guarantee it. Instead, they think the way to get the CW division noticed is to treat it like a joke (worked for the tag division, but eh...) with a Misogynist, a pervert, a cuckolded boyfriend & Gentleman Jack. I love what they give these guys on 205 when they're given TIME & a platform to showcase their skill, but on RAW...it's just stupid gimmicky stuff & quick screwy matches. Even Neville didn't get his due on RAW, we had to wait for 205. If they have this amazing division full of stellar athletes, why not let them tear the place up? We're not even given more innovative offense than your typical Rollins or Cesaro match from these 'world class high flyers'. They're just smaller guys the crowd doesn't know. They're handling the division terribly. SD would be doing so much more. & giving them more time. |
