Does anyone know was there plans to have Luna Vachon to be Shawn Michaels new manager after WrestleMania 9 or was she just in the corner to attack Sensational Sherri.

I think she was in his corner to just start the feud with Sherri as she was never associated with Michaels after that match.
The plan was to do Luna/Bigelow vs Sherri/Tatanka at Summerslam that year but Sherri left the WWF prior to the event.

She made brief stops in SMW and ECW before her WCW run though. |

Did Sherri leave on her own or did she get fired from the WWE??
Because it seems odd if she left on her own just to go to ECW for a year and manage Shane Douglas before heading to WCW.

I don't recall her having any problems with WWF over her departure. If I remember she wanted to do other stuff besides wrestling but got sucked in to a deal with ECW. |

Not sure if those were her true aspirations, but I definitely recall that article. It seemed like a mutual parting of ways. No ugly breakup or burnt bridges, just someone moving on. |
