I picked up E40 Umaga yesterday at Big Lots and when I tried to display him he keeps falling over. I tried posing him in many different positions and finally had to resort to a Man of Steel display stand. Anyone else have this problem? How can I fix this without having to use a display stand?

I don't have an E40 Umaga, so I don't have trouble standing up one.
Haha.
Anyway, what is it doing exactly? Is it falling over easily/quickly or is it not able to stand up at all? Maybe it's the weight of the figure and/or how the legs are.

Nope. But that is because I passed on him. I did pick up the Wild Samoans though. And besides the heads I think they are the same bodies and they stand fine.

I bought two umangas to make a head shrinkers custom. If i remember correctly, i dont have trouble getting cut jakks rikishi head on umanga body to stand.

My Umanga stands straight up and down on my shelf and stands fine, haven't really tried posing

I managed to get mine to stand by moving the feet forward a bit. It's not perfect, because he looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

I bought an Umaga for my kid and it wouldn't stand at all. I got to looking at it and the black tape on his feet was painted after the foot was assembled and the paint fused the joint together. The feet were stuck in a position that made them point up from the heel to toe I just gently worked the feet from front back until the seal caused by the paint broke. Now he stands just fine and his feet move as they should.
