I am assuming these things are washed. Its not like you're getting Hogan's balls sweat when you purchase his trunks. I don't own any of this type of memorabilia but I could imagine for those who do collect they would like to have something from a specific event over just a random piece of clothing.

If it's a dude buying womens gear, yes it's creepy. But if Triple H is your favorite wrestler and you have a whole memorabilia section for him, then I wouldn't say it's creepy at all. What's creepy is how some of the people who sell this "ring worn gear" potentially obtain it lol

I don't think it's creepy at all. In the sports world, game used jerseys are a HUGE market. I collect NFL myself and they are something different. It is one of a kind stuff. Having an autograph is cool but unless you met the person what's the point? They sit there and sign their name away for 2 hours at a private signing. Nothing really that special. Now take someone's gear from a certain match you liked or were there for and it's that much more special. That's my opinion anyway

It's creepy if you collect the gear of Bastion Booger or someone equally disgusting.

I mean, I personally would not want it. But I'm not gonna begrudge someone who does. A entrance worn T-shirt/robe/gear would be kinda cool though.

If you're sniffin', you cause suspicion
If you don't touch, your buy is clutch

I wouldn't think so if it's used as a display piece.

I remember years ago somebody posted a thread on here with an ebay auction of some guy selling wrestlers spit out gum from arenas. So disgusting.
I don't think buying a jacket or maybe even ring worn boots would be weird but I'd be iffy about somebody buying a wrestlers trunks. Thats just me, spend your money how you want. I wouldn't buy any ring worn gear period just because It would be the only thing I'd have to display so it would seem out of place.

The whole wanting to buy something just because it was worn by someone is extremely creepy in my opinion. Male or female

If you have to ask if something is creepy the answer is yes.

I feel like a jacket or hat or something is different from a pair of ringworn underoos. I mean, technically, there's nothing creepy about a gameworn baseball or hockey jersey, but wrestlers wear so little in the ring, it's a little weird.
I don't know how my wife would feel about me hanging another man's drawers in my trophy case.

this forum is built around collecting plastic figurines of men that are often more naked than not. many would ignorantly judge that as 'creepy' or some immature, so with that said...
...just do what you want and screw other people's perceptions.
