Sooooo...my PC bit it and I wanted a new gaming laptop because I don't have the room for an actual desktop. ASUS. This thing is a freaking beast

Lucky b*tch, I've been wanting one of these for at least five years already, haha. It's beautiful, Ant. My only real complaint is that my Cores 1-4 internal temp hit nearly boiling while playing Overwatch with a few buddies of mine. I ordered a fan, but holy hell I felt like I was burning my hand when I saw the temp, turned it off and went to move it. Here's hoping a cool room with a top of the line fan will make some kind of dent in the heat.

Sweet computer. Game on!! That armchair looks comfy too. I've been running rampant with Overwatch and Pokemon TCG Online. Other than a slight overheating issue (thing hit 90 degrees C so I HAD to buy one of those industrial cooling fans for it) it's been a dream. I wish the chair were as comfortable as it looks though. I'm going to get a DX Racer or something of the sort with a foot rest at some point; this thing is terrible to sit in. Crappy loveseat. xD

Dope man. I've looked into ASUS gaming laptops myself but I'm not sure how much if I'd play on it enough to warrant buying one.

Looks really nice! Asus - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 - 1TB Hard Drive + 128GB Solid State Drive - Black Anodized Aluminum, 1920x1080. Other than overheating, I had an issue with the graphics driver but my friend's wife helped me get that all sorted. Never used NVIDIA before so it was new to me.

You should use NVIDIA Experience to keep up to date with NVIDIA drivers, that's what I use, awesome specs for a laptop! What's your power supply like is it 2 bricks?

One brick, but it's the size of my old HP brick times two. Massive thing.

Didn't know you were into that thing, kid. Look, I appreciate a good pair of socks. Underrated in my opinion.
