Man, I would really think that these promos meant a Cena heel turn if he didn't do this crap before.
And promos like that don't help anyone. If AJ loses, Cena's right about him being a nobody, and if he wins, Cena lost to "Some guy".
Worst part is parts of what he said were good, especially in a heelish light, but it's just so frustrating.

how could people hate that promo? everyone WANTS CENA to be "edgy" and more like his (corny, shitty) thuganomics era. he's out there pretty much acting like a tweener. TBH this is the best i've seen from both these guys in their entire feud. i actually care about the WWE title match, its taken way more seriously, its made to seem like it's way more important to both guys, and they've pretty much been on an even playing field since Cena came back seriously if you compare what's being done to Kevin Owens and the Universal title on the Roman Reigns show, to what's going on with these 2 guys, it's not even  ing close. |

So Cena completely dismisses AJ and when he does beat AJ, it's not going to really matter other than Cena just tying Flair's record. That promo served AJ no purpose unless Cena is actually supposed to be the heel, which I doubt. Thing that burns me once Cena wins it will make AJ look like he was just a placeholder till Cena returned |

I think Cena should lose on Sunday and then at Wrestlemania we get Cena vs. AJ vs. The Miz. That way Cena can get his 16th win and he can beat AJ without AJ looking like a chump by pinning Miz
