As far as the greatest Royal Rumble Match in history it definitely has to be 1992 and I will tell you why:
- Flair winning the Royal Rumble Match especially from the #3 position the first time anyone won the Royal Rumble Match from an early number
- This Royal Rumble Match was for the vacant WWE Championship too
- This Royal Rumble Match was star studded...similar to this year 2017 but the list of names here you had Taker, Hogan, Savage, Piper, Bulldog, Michaels, IRS, Sid...the list goes on and on

1. 1992
2. 2004
3. 2010
4. 1990
5. 2008

As far as the most star studded Royal Rumble Matches it has to be 1992, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013 and of course this year 2017 as far as star power

2007 Michaels and Taker final two then the next year they're number 1 and 2 IMO, when it came down to the last 4 men the match started to get good, and very good when it came down to the final 2 men. Everything that came before that was a big yawn. |
