This was his '70s to early '80s look. The era where he could actually wrestle and do dropkicks. He was more of an oddity in the late '80s when his movements became hindered due to his condition. You could tell he was in pain during his later runs as he was always by the ropes to hold him up. |

You could tell he was in pain during his later runs as he was always by the ropes to hold him up. Funny how no one knew until nowadays where they spill the beans. Pretty good little gimmick though. No one knew (I mean fans). Now though, you watch his last couple year's matches and you see walk around holding onto the ropes... Andre had a back surgery before he came back for WM III (after P Bride). He was in 'tip top' shape after that. The next couple years' run though is what ruined him and eventually killed him. Like Russo said - Vince doesn't give a crap about you, your life or your family lol Just make him money. |

And people wonder why people abandon this forum and only read, some of the nastiest, intolerant people around, i made a mistake and get attacked and hated on because of it even though I apologised in advance.
