Fastlane is looking like: Seth vs Joe Roman vs Stroman Kevin Owens vs ? I can't figure out who's going into the title picture at all. I honestly see Jericho vs. Owens at Fast Lane and Bálor returning the night after on RAW. I really think Bálor/Owens is happening at Mania. The only people I don't know what they have planned for at Mania are Cena and Strowman. I'm pretty sure they're heading toward Jericho/Zayn at Fast Lane. Seems to me like we're gonna get Goldberg/Owens at Fast Lane, with Jericho attempting to help Owens, only to be squashed by Goldberg. Goldberg squashes them both, takes the title, Jericho and Owens split over the loss and have their match at Mania.

I rather enjoyed RAW. It wasn't perfect, but...
Zayn & Jericho had a good match. Triple H/Rollins feud is finally picking up steam. Joe was a nice surprise. Didn't expect Lesnar. Never saw Owen vs Strowman before. Neville/Swann entertained me. And we got a conclusion to the Enzo/Cass vs Rusev/Mahal feud. And it ended with Enzo pinning Rusev. So that's a plus.
6 person match was the only one that I didn't really care about. Would like to have seen New Day, Jack Gallagher, and more done with the new tag champs. But the positives outweighed the negative IMO. To each their own.

Joe probably fights Bálor at WrestleMania, just because. There's really no other face on Raw he could feud with that would even remotely make sense after he gets done with Rollins.

Yeah Owens is fighting Goldberg for the title at Fastlane, thats basically set in stone at this point Goldberg beats Brock in under a minute. KO is going to be about 35 seconds. So their is a real chance the title matches for mania are Brock/Goldberg and Orton/Cena. I don't see Goldberg winning the championship. Lesnar will cost him the belt.

totally did NOT expect Samoa Joe of all people to be HHH's muscle.
I've always thought Joe was overrated, probably most overrated wrestler ever. But I do recognize he is good in the ring, and the prospect of him vs Rollins is a very entertaining one. i legitimately think those 2 will tear the house down. But once again, backed into a corner....so what? Rollins vs Joe at Fastlane? and Rollins is gonna lose going into his big match with HHH at 'Mania??? no? ok, so Joe is gonna lose his first main roster match after this kind of debut?
and this is the problem the WWE has nowadays, their babyface characters are so watered down and vanilla, that when a HEEL surprise attacks them, the heel is the one getting cheered. wrestling fans are so expectant of shocking things, that they automatically become awesome. so in effect it negates the entire idea of "bad guy vs good guy" even though thats the way its sold.
hell, HHH was getting CHEERS through most of his speech, because he's Haitch, and he's gotten to that point. i dont really know the right solution to fixing thing....but it just seems like most wrestling fans are tired of white meat chicken covered in white rice with whole milk and sour cream "good guy" characters, and we just want to see guys beating up other guys and being funny.

Wow 30 pages for a Raw thread this must be a new low exactly what I was going to say. I'm surprised it wasn't lower.

I thought Samoa Joe was going to attack Rollins during the NXT rant, was a wise choice in retrospect to do it on Raw. I wonder what they've got for Joe at Mania. The only thing I can think of is he destroys Rollins at Fastlane with HHH's help, then Hunter lets him choose his own Mania opponent from anyone who isn't already booked... And he goes with John Cena.

Terrible raw. How I would've booked it I would be to have ko have an open challenge and joe accepts and wins the title, but of course this would lead to nakamura beating joe, balor beating nakamura, omega beating balor, and finally omega loses the belt to Cody Rhodes.

I was pretty surprised to see Samoa Joe last night, didn't see that one coming. I think it made perfect sense though. Having him debut at the Rumble would only derail their plans during the Match once the whole Alamodome becomes incensed that he didn't win it, and appearing by Triple H's side gained him instant credibility. It's interesting to see where they go with him for Wrestlemania though. Finn Balor could be an option if they wanted to use his return prior to Wrestlemania, it could be a bit of a rushed programme though.

-- Joe's debut has proven that RAW's after each of the 'big 4' events, should be MAJOR RAWs. RAW After Mania, RAW After SummerSlam, RAW After The Series, RAW After The Rumble. As it easily sets up the major angles regarding that quarter of the year, leading up to the next event of the 'big 4'.
As far as Joe goes, would've preferred he landed on SDL. Joe/Cena, Joe/Dean, Joe/AJ, Joe/Baron... so many great possibilities. On RAW, he's going to be just another major player. He should've been the 30th entrant at the Rumble and won the thing, creating buzz among fans as to which championship he'll challenge for.
