Bringing this up from the depths. Grand Forks saw some much needed new additions.
Basic 78 and 79 at Highway 2 Walmart, no elites. Main Avenue WM barren, however. E49 and even E42.
Target has reset, still a couple Titos however. All of the Series 2 NXT basics except Eva Marie. A lonely Asuka elite, HOF5 dropped, only Piper and Steele left.

E56 popping up in Grand Forks. Haven't been to Fargo in forever.

Wal-mart in Jamestown has TONS of elite figures from the JYD/Daniel Bryan set for $8.90 each. Even a few shield Rollins and Reigns figures left.

Not sure if anyone's still here, but Fargo was dead as of a couple weeks ago. Nothing at TRU, and all stuff I'd already gotten from E56.

Reviving this thread with some new finds.
Did some fig hunting the past few days, these were my findings.
Fargo Target has 6~7 of the Ruthless Aggression 4-pack alongside Legends Series 23.
Moorhead Target also has Legends series 23.
Dilworth Walmart has a shipper with Elite 108, a few Summerslam ‘24 elites and waves 1 and 2 of MNW series.
