I hope Goldberg has at least three figures: one current, one from original WWE run, and one from WCW. I don't see the current or WCW in one of the store exclusive lines; there's too much money to be made there. For the original WWE run I could see that as a store exclusive especially if Goldberg never updates his attire and if they can't get the old WCW US belt meaning the differences between original WWE run and WCW figures will be minor.

Your guess is as good as anyone's. I'm thinking it would make sense in the elite line, and by the look of the pic, I reckon it a very early proto as the head seems ever so slightly to big. So maybe e52,53? I hope it's not DM, it's just no where near the level to warrant the budget. I have a gut feeling though, it's a TNF (now). Which sucks due to being an exclusive. The budge for DM's are in the packaging I disagree. The budget is in the figure, while yes the packaging may cost (a little) more, it is not the reason orcause of the additional retail price.

They could use his Bad Blood 2003 shorts for his original run and bingo, you'll have 3 different Goldbergs in all of his attires.

They should save a WCW version for the DM line. I hope they do this. But they would have to put a couple of title belts with it to justify the price I would think

The budge for DM's are in the packaging I disagree. The budget is in the figure, while yes the packaging may cost (a little) more, it is not the reason orcause of the additional retail price. In theory yeah, but when was the last DM that had anything that wouldn't come with a regular elite? I guess the recent Flair with his robe, but I mean most in the last year haven't come with Jack. Hogan- belt and shirt Razor- belt and vest Warrior- Sunglasses GAB Sting- rubber coat Cena- shirt and chains Undertaker- robe Austin- 3 repacked belts Nakamura- shirt and jacket I'll give them Flair and Crow Sting for nice soft goods. My point is the DM line isn't about anything anymore but packaging and a little story. The new Macho is AWESOME though. Back on track with Goldberg. They probably aren't doing a WCW US Title, so if they did a DM it'd be what the big gold and maybe a t-shirt for no reason? I mean Warrior just came with shades so it could just be a belt really. Maybe a door for him lol. Or fake sparks?

Well, Mattel used about two colors to make the entire figure, so that automatically justifies it to be a DM figure with a higher price tag these days. They'll probably give him a World Title and put it out as a DM for $25. There's strange thing called detail and packaging. Plus if it's a DM it will be easy to find. I can afford the extra 5 bucks. We also don't know what he will come with so relax yourself

Looking at the pic it looks like he is part of the ring look close at him he has a clear plastic figure holder like Rey from elite 32 so maybe he comes with that new ring set? Please no! I really don't feel like shelling out $80-$90 just to get a Goldberg. I'd rather wait for a singles release. DM, Elite, TNF, or Network Spotlight would all be better options.

I don't understand the logic of those who want Goldberg as a DM when his attire is so basic lol that's worth being a DM but not a detailed attire Warrior. I prefer him to be in the regular elite line.

I'd rather this Goldberg NOT be a DM. I'd rather it be a TNF instead of a NS if it's going to be a store exclusive, as I don't live near a Toys 'R' Us.

Not sure what an Elite Goldberg can come with. Having him in wrestling gear with just a t-shirt would look strange unless they also give him removable pants.

They're going to want to get him out as soon as possible and there doesn't appear to be an open DM slot for him this year. He could easily headline Elite 52 or 53 though, so either of those sets would be my prediction. I wouldn't mind seeing a Goldberg/Lesnar Battle Pack either.
