I didn't think I'd ever buy a female figure since my collection is narrowing down to 80's stars and monster types(face paint, masks, etc...), but when I saw Asuka on NXT for teh first time, I knew she'd be great for a figure.
I picked one up on Amazon and it didn't disappoint. The mask even falls in line with my collection criteria.
The detail put into this thing is amazing. Unboxed it immediately.

It's cool and all but the seamless articulation is starting to become a huge problem with movement.
I can't move my Asuka's arm past 45 degrees.

Agreed. It's my favorite current roster figure. Mattel could've easily painted on details such as belts and tassels. Instead, they molded those details on...and those toe shoes!! Sure she may not scale right with the other women figs, but Asuka pops of my display.

One of the best figures of last year along with Finn Balor, RSC Sting, TRU Network HBK, Harlem Heat and some others

I feel its underrated. Everyone was talking about AJ I feel no one even noticed this was released. I'm always happy to see a fig that isn't yet another mostly-black-plastic male fig.

Woman's wrestling isn't my thing nor will it ever be, but this figure and the elite Fandango both give me high hopes that if the Steiners are ever signed Mattel can do a great job on making their WM9 attires.

Haven't seen one in person yet, because of Canadian retail, lol. But from the pics I've seen it looks amazing. Mattel nailed this one.

If they somehow (hypothetically) would've been able to include her robe within the budget, I think it could've maybe been the best figure that Mattel would've ever made. But even without the robe, it's one of my favourites by a long shot!

I skipped checking Walmart on the way home one single night last week because it was late and I was exhausted from a nearly 12 hour shift. The next day I check and there is a single Big Bossman staring back at me on the shelf. Motherf@#$&er!

It's a great figure. The only issue with it is the issue that ALL women's figures have....the awful wrist/hands. They need to create wrists and hand joints for women figures like the men figures have so that the women's hands are not stuck at those weird angles.
