Like i said in the thread about this, Beth Phoenix deserves the HOF, but theres other women who deserve before her IMO. Congrats to Beth nonetheless

Three years ago I wouldn't have argued too much. But it's over. Punk chose to leave.Not just WWE, but wrestling. I'm a huge fan of the guy, but he's moved on and it doesn't help anybody for crowds to keep doing that, and they only are to make themselves feel special. It needs to end. I agree. Personally, I wouldn't think of chanting for a dude who is not on the roster. But my point was simply that the company brought it on themselves and they will continue to do so until they show a change in direction (which they haven't done - bare in mind, given that Goldberg vs Lesnar will likely headline Wrestlemania for the RAW World Title) I have 4 mates that I talk wrestling with in my real life and 2 of them started watching again when CM Punk came back. The dude was pivotal to this company and WWE didn't realise before it was too late - the truth is their tunnel vision cost them a lot of fans who can't see the landscape changing and it's not so bad that they are being reminded. That actually goes to a different problem I have with the chants, which is that I don't like chanting based on the company and not the wrestlers. It was one thing when they did it in ECW or other companies where they do it positively, which I still have a problem with as it takes away from the workers, but at last then they're showing appreciation. I hate when people dump on something good because they hate something else the company is doing. The CM Punk chants are the biggest example of that, but all of the other nonsense chant are also frustrating. I just don't get the very idea of paying hard earned money just to be negative like that. Side note, I'm still not ready to say with any certainty that Goldberg's getting the belt. I still expect Lesnar or Joe to cost him the match with Owens. |

I legit saw some 13 year old dab outside the grocery store and I just cringed so hard.  ing kids these days, when I was 13 I'd be backyard wrestling with my mates and using barbed wire wrapped steelchairs. Life used to be fun  Ive got season tickets for the Florida Panthers so I'm there quite often... and I cross my fingers every time someone is shown up on the big screen hoping they won't dab. But sadly 90% of the time it's someone dabbing. And it's sad when I see kids that are like five years old dab. I fear for the future. I see anyone dab and I'm like...  |

I started watching wrestling regularly in 2005 and wasn't as big a fan of some of the women, but when Beth came in I found a favorite. Kelly was another favorite of mine. |
