This is from WrestleZone: The fallout from today’s announcement that Matt and Jeff Hardy are not re-signing with TNA continues tonight, and the following is what we know as of now, according to PWInsider.com. -Reby Sky, Matt Hardy’s wife, took to Twitter earlier this evening and ripped the company following Matt’s announcement that he is leaving TNA. Sky wrote the following, which has been edited for strong language: -TNA sent out a company wide email noting Dutch Mantell, fka Zeb Colter in WWE, is now the head of the TNA creative team. John Gaburick, who previously held the position, is still with TNA, but he will be working from the Gorilla Position during tapings and will be offering advice to the creative team. He will no longer be a part of the decision making process from a creative standpoint. -Longtime TNA creative team member Matt Conway has left the company. -Jeff Jarrett is now the Chief Creative Officer, and he will oversee everything that pertains to TNA creative. -Talent contracts are expected to be restructured. The current system sees talents paid on a per episode basis, meaning if a talent films 4 episodes of Impact Wrestling in one night, he or she would be paid for 4 episodes. The talent contracts will likely be restructured in a way that would see the talents paid per date, meaning if a talent tapes 4 Impact episodes in one night, he or she would be paid for the one date.
Additionally, TNA is looking to collect 10% of pay any contracted talents might make in promotions outside of TNA.Read more at www.wrestlezone.com/news/810145-reby-sky-rips-tna-following-hardy-exit-new-tna-creative-team-head-departure-jarretts-new-role-tna-contracts-changing#ZkXUYrp0dCxqsKbe.99WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. . I hope more talent walks. With bullcrap nonsense like this, Dixie should have such around. This is just a different shade of stupid.

Aside from Reby Sky acting like trailer trash on display for the whole world, I support their argument. TNA has just done a complete 180 and a nose dive in my eyes. Never thought they could have a worse year than last year since The Hardys were bringing in new fans and revenue but wow 2017 is going to set the record lol

Wow, so basically they're going to restructure things so the talent will get paid less, and on top of that, demand 10% of what they make on other dates too? How do they think this will end well for them.

Someone needs to put this company out of its misery. I don't know how anyone can stand up, saying they should exist anymore, after all of this going down. Basically if you want to work for TNA now, you have to pay for the privilege, because of how badly they mis-managed the finances over the years.

Basically if you want to work for TNA now, you have to pay for the privilege, because of how badly they mis-managed the finances over the years. I was of the stance, for a long time, that I didn't want to see the company go out of business because it brought so many guys work. Truth be told, at this point, they're probably better off finding work elsewhere. There are dozens of indy companies with more stability, and most of TNA's guys are already working for one or several of them anyway. With this added weight of having to share profits from indy dates, without really gaining anything in return (let's be honest - TNA's television exposure means absolutely nothing), there's just no incentive to stick with them anymore, unless wrestling is just a part time gig.

When Abyss leaves TNA you know it won't be much longer until it's dead completely.

My brother has been saying this for the past 4 years if Jeff Hardy leaves TNA screwed he's like their biggest selling merchandise seller. I have to agree, it is sad to see the promotion I loved so much, fall like this. .

Reby Hardy was a guest on Busted Open with Dave LaGreca earlier today and pulled back the curtain on the entire Broken Hardy family leaving IMPACT Wrestling. Busted Open can be heard weekdays from 2p-4p Eastern Time only on SiriusXM Rush Channel 93 and any time on the SiriusXM App.Reby confirmed the Broken Hardy family will not be re-signing with Impact Wrestling, and the decision to re-sign or depart was still up in the air as of a few days ago, noting they didn’t receive final contract offers until five days before their current deals ran out. She said it came down to the wire and it almost felt like they were being bullied into signing the contracts, and there shouldn’t be a situation where talents like Matt and Jeff should be chasing the employer for new contracts. Reby added that TNA was the perfect situation for their family, and the locker room was amazing, then praised Dixie Carter for knowing how to talk to people. She said 2016 was a hard year for them, including the rumors about ownership, but they didn’t care and the locker room busted their asses. In regards to Matt Hardy continue to use his ‘Broken’ gimmick admist rumors of who owns the character, Reby said: After the interview Reby also contacted host Dave LaGreca and said they want to do right by the fans and the company and give up the tag titles on TV, but Anthem Sports & Entertainment denied the request.[/I][/b] Read more at www.wrestlezone.com/news/810647-reby-hardy-comments-on-impact-wrestling-departure-matt-keeping-the-broken-character-anthem-denying-their-request-to-drop-tag-titles-on-tv#XdQvdf23Q1Efqop6.99So there it is. Matt and Jeff wanted to drop the titles on Impact and Anthem told then no. Do you guys think that Dixie -- perhaps subconsciously -- sold the company to Anthem instead of Billy Corgan because she somehow knew that they would make the same stupid decisions that she did?

When Abyss leaves TNA you know it won't be much longer until it's dead completely. abyss left? No, he's say, if you hear Abyss did leave, that that's pretty much a sign TNA is all but dead, since he's stayed with them through it all, even an offer from WWE.
