Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported on The Taz Show that Kurt Angle will be returning to WWE television the night after WrestleMania. His speculated role as of now is taking Mick Foley’s spot as RAW General Manager

Well Mick does need that hip surgery, so it'd make sense for him to be written off. I expected the new GM to be either Angle or Hogan.

This was rumored like two or three weeks ago. I assumed it was a lock, primarily because Mick's been terrible.

Mick is taking time off for surgery. He has been awful but that wasn't the reason for the switch

Gonna go ahead and say that Angle v. HHH will happen at WrestleMania next year. The power struggle between the two will get physical and Kurt will get one final match.

Kurt Angle shouldn't be wasted as a General Manager. He's still able to wrestle.
I'd rather they use Sting. He could do something similar to what he did in TNA when he was the representative of the Network.

Although I'd prefer to see Angle wrestle, him as GM would be a breath of fresh air. I find Foley has become boring and stale as the GM.

Is it a requiremt that the RAW GM have an odd/painful looking walk to the ring?

Rather have Commissioner Michaels back in charge of the World Wrestling Feder- uh, Entertainment.
BUT I'm down for having Angle back on WWE tv.seeing him eye to eye with guys like Owens and Joe should be intense!

I think Foley's role has largely been hamstrung by constantly being overshadowed by Stephanie every week. Having 2 authority figures on Raw every week is overkill. Stephanie should only make an on screen appearance for major angles or significant events. The GM can play the part of heel/face on a weekly basis.

Doubt he's available for a full time gig with WWE.

It doesn't matter who it is because they will be buried by Steph and made to look like crap.
I lol at the people who blame Foley when he's clearly not the problem.

Kurt could take the Shane McMahon position where he wrestles occasionally, but is an authority figure as well.

Heaven forbid they get rid of a general manager/authority figure all together and come up with something new!

But then I realized you were joking... Got a laugh outta me though! And also, this "news" was broke almost a month ago! Why is it just now being threaded?

Will he have the red, white and blue wheelchair and Luther Reigns as his bodyguard? Well, Luther's not in the best shape after his stroke, so I guess another REIGNS could do it instead?
