Here's a minor tweak to a Miz coat to give it some poseability. It's easy to see where to cut the sleeves off, just follow the "seam". The coat is thick, so we have to thin the areas we just cut so the parts can slide past each other when the arm is lifted. Use a sanding drum to quickly remove material from around the coat's arm holes. You can see how thick it was on the left, and how thin we got it on the right. Switch to a finer sanding bit and go over the areas again to smooth the plastic. Again on the left you can see how fat the pieces are originally, grind them down like above. Lift the arms and the tops of the sleeves should slide under the coat's shoulder area. Find some fabric with a similar sheen and glue it where needed to cover the gaps.
