I'm guessing that Jericho will be current Jericho with scarf goatee the list and tattoos. His in the line with another Kevin Owens and I hope Owens comes with Royal Rumble attire. ...BUT, Jericho is the only figure from that set/series that could possibly be a Flashback - and there's always been at least 1 FB every Elite series since they began (in Elite 12)... Jericho was likely placed there so that he could be a flashback or a current figure depending on their needs

I'll never get why people are so crazy for a DM Chris Jericho figure. He had one of the WORST title runs in WWE history and the entire purpose of his entire run was to get the belts to Triple H, and even AS CHAMPION he was just the third wheel in the Triple H/Stephanie McMahon feud . He is the DEFINITION of the term TRANSITIONAL CHAMPION.
I would have rather they made a DM Charlotte figure in WM32 attire with a cloth robe and the RAW Women's Championship.

But he did beat Rock and Stone Cold in the same night and unified the WCW and WWE titles. Its a pretty big moment for someone who was overlooked and underutilized up to that point. Even though his run was not that memorable, his first world title win and who he had to defeat to obtain it plus going on to main event Wrestlemania, on a card with Rock vs Hogan no less, is a moment you want to capture in figure form. But probably doesn't need the added budget from the DM line. If they can include Stardust with that deco and include 2 belts in a regular elite line then Jericho in plain black tights with two belts can be a regular elite too.

It was a cool moment, but that attire is the definition of bland. Never understood the demand.

I would think Mattel's working on a Dude Love somehow, whether it's a DM, SDCC(papercraft love shack) or retailer exclusive, or a Faces of Foley 3 pack, I mean the New Day set was a hit and they've given us 2 elite Mankinds and a Cactus Jack so far this year, so they're definitely not shy about making one.

I just want a Jericho from one of his 2 best eras Yeah, I know it's fake, but how was that one of Jericho's 2 best eras? Arguably, Jericho's best two eras were his 2008 WHC run when he was beating HBK on a regular basis, and his run against AJ Styles. All of the other times, he came out the loser in the feud. They should have put the belt on him in 2000 when he was red hot and did that match on RAW when Hebner screwed HHH but they made Jericho give the belt back. THAT was when he should have been Champ for real. The time period you are talking about, again, he was an out of place 3rd wheel in the Triple H/Stephanie McMahon storyline. So he would stand there and do nothing or get embarrassed as Triple H and Stephanie argued about their divorce, fight over who gets custody of the dog, the dog got hit by the car, the dog sh*t all over Stephanie or something, then Stephanie got tainted moisturizing lotion from Triple H and her boobs and face broke out with pimples.... I think because it was 15 years ago people have like this jaded memory that everything from back them was so much better....but honestly, a lot of it was bad. No offense if you enjoyed it, everyone has the right to be entertained by whatever they want, and if you liked it, that's awesome. But Jericho was treated as a JOKE at this time period. The only time as Undisputed Champion they even treated him even close to serious was when they acted like he re-injured Triple H's quad....other than that, he was a comedy routine.

Jericho with the list and when he was King of the World were his best eras because he was the most entertaining in those times. It does not matter if he has a belt because the belt's not real. What matters is that he was entertaining, and the stuff before and after he had the Undisputed Championship was great. And even when he was champion, his matches never suffered. He had some bad storylines but it never lowered the quality of his matches. Serious Jericho was great but it wasn't entertaining because he stopped doing everything that got him over and that I enjoyed about him. People love WCW Jericho so much, but he was treated just as horrible there. At least Vince gave him a Wrestlemania main event paycheck

I just had to come back to see all the crushed souls. Was not disappointed.
Is it DM worthy? Hmm Jericho beats the top two stars of that era in the same night to become the first Undisputed Champion. Yeah I'd say it literally fits the name. Can't think of a single more defining moment in his career other than his awesome debut.
"It's just a plain black attire" yeepp and the Stone Cold DM was just another Stone Cold in black trunks plus a few belts and it sold just fine.
The Ayatollah of RocknRollah is still hot in the wrestling world FB or not.
EDIT: Also, I wouldn't blame the people on here voting for Y2J if you don't ever get a Dude Love fig, blame all the hundreds of thousands of kids who visit WWE.com every day and vote in their polls. They are the majority.

If this is true the next elite Jericho won't be a flashback. It will be the list.

Well personally I am glad it isn't Charlotte, because that was a no sale to me. I think Jericho was who I voted for and if that was who I voted for it being Jericho was the only reason I didn't vote for Dude Love. Now personally I would love a WCW "night of 1004 holds" version of Jericho. But that said until Bill officially announced it is a FB Jericho I won't get my hopes up to high.
