I like these revisionist card ideas for old PPVs, but I feel like it makes most sense to only utilize the cast of characters who were actually around/under contract at the time of the event.
As awesome as it would've been to have Warrior, Davey and Sid involved, all of them were gone from the WWF at the time of Survivor Series '92. Even Hogan might've been a long shot at that time as he was doing his Hollywood thing filming Mr. Nanny I believe.
My opinion, the most glaring issue with that particular event was the lack of traditional Survivor Series elimination matches. There was only one and it didn't even follow the classic rules as if one member of a tag team was eliminated then both partners were gone. I know the roster was really thin at that point, but they could have scrapped pretty much all of the filler matches and had those guys involved in the team elimination format.
Include High Energy and the Headshrinkers to the Natural Disasters/Nasty Boyz vs Money Inc./Beverly Brothers match. A huge 6-on-6 Survivor Series tag team match to start the show would have been more fun and simply more appropriate for the event.
Destroying Virgil didn't mean much. Instead, they should have had Yokozuna and three other heels versus a team of mid-card babyfaces. It gets down to just Yoko against the entire face team. Then, have him take out everyone and win against the odds. They built up Yoko well, but a showing like that would have made him look truly unstoppable as the company clearly had huge plans for him going into '93.
The Bret/HBK match was really good. I wouldn't change that. The Tatanka/Martel feud didn't demand a PPV match to finish their angle, but it made sense. On the other hand, as bad as the match was, they needed to put a fork in the Bossman/Nailz program so that abortion was almost justifiable.
I didn't really like the match between Savage/Perfect vs Razor/Flair. Perfect returning to the ring was awesome don't get me wrong. The match itself just fell a little flat. The Warrior situation made them scramble to salvage everything, but once he was fired they could've utilized these four in another tradition Survivor Series elimination match.
After all that thinking, as much fondness as I have for that entire '92-'94 era, that show really was pretty bad in comparison to the Survivor Series events that came before and followed it.

Yeah but that's kinda of the prob with late 1992 WWF. Sure Hogan would be filming Mr. Nanny but in my alternate universe Vince has Hogan stay from late '92 to Mania X.

1987
The Fabulous Rougeaus (Jacques and Raymond Rougeau), and the British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith and Dynamite Kid) vs. Demolition (Ax and Smash), and the Dream Team (Greg Valentine and Dino Bravo) (with Johnny Valiant and Mr. Fuji)
Don Muraco, Ken Patera, and the Killer Bees (Jim Brunzell and B. Brian Blair) vs. One Man Gang, Butch Reed, and the Bolsheviks (Nikolai Volkoff and Boris Zhukov) (with Slick)
The Fabulous Moolah, Rockin' Robin, Velvet McIntyre, and The Jumping Bomb Angels (Itsuki Yamazaki and Noriyo Tateno) vs. Sensational Sherri, The Glamour Girls (Leilani Kai and Judy Martin), Donna Christianello, and Dawn Marie (with Jimmy Hart)
Macho Man Randy Savage, Ricky the Dragon Steamboat, and Strike Force (Tito Santana and Rick Martel) (with Miss Elizabeth) vs. The Honky Tonk Man, Danny Davis, and the Hart Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart) (with Jimmy Hart)
Jake Roberts, Brutus Beefcake, and the Young Stallions (Paul Roma and Jim Powers) vs. Hercules, Ron Bass, and the Islanders (Haku and Tama) (with Bobby the Brain Heenan)
Hulk Hogan, Jim Duggan, Paul Orndorff, and Bam Bam Bigelow (with Oliver Humperdink) vs. André the Giant, Harley Race, King Kong Bundy, and Rick Rude (with Bobby the Brain Heenan)
I tried to keep everyone that was on the original card on my version. Instead of three 5-on-5 traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match, and a 20-Man 10-on-10 traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match, I made it five 4-on-4 matches and kept the Women’s match the same. The Brain is so smart that he has two teams.

I kept everyone that was on the original card on my version. Instead of three 5-on-5 and one 10-on-10 traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team matches, I made it six 4-on-4 matches. I liked the idea of giving each manager their own teams. The Brain is so smart that he has two teams.

1989
The Dream Team – Dusty Rhodes, the Hart Foundation (Bret the Hitman Hart and Jim the Anvil Neidhart), and the Bushwhackers (Bushwhacker Butch and Bushwhacker Luke) (with Rugged Ronnie Garvin) vs. The Hart Family – the Honky Tonk Man, Dino Bravo, Greg the Hammer Valentine, and the Fabulous Rougeaus (Jacques Rougeau and Raymond Rougeau) (with Jimmy Hart and Canadian Earthquake)
The Matadors – Tito Santana, the Red Rooster, Hercules, and Demolition (Ax and Smash) vs. The Models – Rick Martel, the Twin Towers (the Big Boss Man and Akeem), and the Powers of Pain (Warlord and Barbarian) (with Slick and Mr. Fuji)
The Ultimate Warriors – the Ultimate Warrior, Rowdy Roddy Piper, the Widowmaker, and the Rockers (Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty) vs. The Heenan Family – André the Giant, Ravishing Rick Rude, Haku and the Brain Busters (Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard) (with Bobby the Brain Heenan)
The Hulkamaniacs – Hulk Hogan, Jake the Snake Roberts, Brutus the Barber Beefcake, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, and Superfly, Jimmy Snuka vs. The King’s Million Dollar Court – Macho King, Randy Savage, the Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase, Zeus, Mr. Perfect, and Bad News Brown (with Sensational Queen Sherri, Virgil, and the Genius)
I tried to keep everyone that was on the original card on my version. Instead of five 4-on-4 traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match, I made it four 5-on-5 matches. I liked the idea of giving each manager their own teams. For the sake of Fantasy booking, let’s pretend that Barry Windham, Tully Blanchard and Akeem were on the card. I put the Widowmaker on the Ultimate Warriors, only for him to walk out half way through the match and revert back to being a Heel. The rest, I’m sure you can figure out.

The Warriors – The Ultimate Warrior, Dusty Rhodes, Big Boss Man, Tito Santana and Koko B. Ware vs. The Million Dollar Team – the Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase, Mr. Perfect, Haku, the Barbarian, and the Undertaker (with Virgil, Bobby the Brain Heenan, and Brother Love)
The Face Team – The Champions –WWE Champion, Ultimate Warrior, Intercontinental Champion, the Texas Tornado, and WWE World Tag Team Champions, the Hart Foundation (Bret the Hitman Hart and Jim the Anvil Neidhart) vs. The Heel Team – The Visionaries – Rick Martel, the Warlord, Boris Zhukov, and Power and Glory (Hercules and Paul Roma) (with Slick)

1991
This one is a little more difficult than rebooking Survivor Series 1988, 1989, and 1990, only because I wasn't able to create Teams based on the Managers and their respective Stables. I really don’t think I would change a thing anyway, except for adding forth members to the 3-on-3 Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match. If we really couldn’t get Sid Justice or Macho Man, Randy Savage on the Face team and Jake the Snake Roberts on the Heel team in this match, we should have gotten…
The Immortals – Hulk Hogan, Big Bossman, and the Legion of Doom (Hawk and Animial) vs. Death and Taxes – the Undertaker, Irwin R. Schyster, and the Natural Disasters (Earthquake and Typhoon) (with Paul Bearer and Jimmy Hart)
They could have saved the WWE Championship Title match between Hulk Hogan and the Undertaker at This Tuesday Night In Texas. I’d have the Undertaker win the Winged Eagle at This Tuesday Night In Texas, in a controversial manor, where President Jack Tunney would strip the Undertaker of the Title and place it up for grabs at the 1992 Royal Rumble as planned.

1992
This one is really tough because of so many departures and changes in plans, but for the sake of Fantasy booking, we’ll pretend all the cards fell into place and anyone who left the company didn’t leave till after the Survivor Series.
Marty Jannetty, Tatanka, Big Bossman, and Crush vs. Shawn Michaels, Rick Martel, Nailz, and Repo Man
The Undertaker, El Matador, Virgil, and Hacksaw Jim Duggan (with Paul Bearer) vs. Kamala, Papa Shango, Yokozuna, and the Berzerker (with Kim Chee, Harvey Wippleman, and Mr. Fuji)
The Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags) and the Natural Disasters (Earthquake and Typhoon) vs. Money Inc. (Ted DiBiase and Irwin R. Schyster) and the Beverly Brothers (Beau Beverly and Blake Beverly) (with Jimmy Hart and the Genius)
The Ultimate Maniacs (Macho Man, Randy Savage, and Ultimate Warrior) and the Legion Of Doom (Hawk and Animal) (with Paul Ellering) vs. Ric Flair, Mr. Perfect, Razor Ramon, and a mystery partner (Bam Bam Bigelow)
Bret the Hitman Hart, British Bulldog, and High Energy (Koko B. Ware and Owen Hart) vs. Jake the Snake Roberts, the Mountie, the Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) (with Jimmy Hart and Afa)
I tried to keep everyone that was on the original card on my version. Instead of one 4-on-4 traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match, with six singles matches and two Tag Team matches, I made it five 4-on-4 matches. I added 12 SuperStars (Marty Jannetty, El Matador, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Papa Shango, the Berserker, Ultimate Warrior, the Legion of Doom (Hawk and Animal), Bam Bam Bigelow, British Bulldog, Jake the Snake Roberts, and the Mountie) who were not on the card for various reasons.

1993
The Four Doinks – The Bushwhackers (Luke and Butch) and Men on a Mission (Mabel and Mo) (with Oscar) vs. The Beasts – Bam Bam Bigelow, Bastion Booger, and the Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) (with Luna Vachon and Afa)
The Hart Family – Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Bruce Hart, and Keith Hart) (with Stu Hart) vs. The King and His Kinights – Jerry the King Lawler, and the Knights (the Red Knight, the Blue Knight, and the Black Knight)
The Madness – Macho Man, Randy Savage, the Undertaker, and the Rock 'n' Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson) (with Paul Bearer) vs. The Sexy Boys – Shawn Michaels, Crush, and the Heavenly Bodies (Jimmy Del Ray and Tom Prichard) (with Jim Cornette)
The Bad Guys – Razor Ramon, Mr. Perfect, Marty Jannetty, and the 1–2–3 Kid vs. The Million Dollar Team – Irwin R. Schyster, Diesel, Rick Martel, and Adam Bomb (with Harvey Wippleman)
The All-Americans – Lex Luger, Tatanka and the Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) vs. The Foreign Fanatics – Yokozuna, Ludvig Borga, and the Quebecers (Jacques and Pierre) (with Jim Cornette, Johnny Polo, and Mr. Fuji)
I tried to keep everyone that was on the original card on my version. Instead of four 4-on-4 traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match, and the SMW World Tag Team Championship Title match, I made it five 4-on-4 matches. I took the 4 SuperStars who were “injured” and kept them in their respective matches. I took the 4 “replacements” and added them to the SMW World Tag Team Championship Title match and changed it to a traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match.

if 1986 had a Survivor Series (5 on 5):
hogan, billy jack haynes, the 3 machines VS. heenan family (orndorff, hercules, race, studd, bundy) = Hogan sole survivor
piper, jyd, bruno, bulldogs VS. adonis, muraco, orton, dreamteam (valentine/beefcake) = Piper sole survivor (Adonis causes Beefcake to get eliminated to start the BS)
steamboat, santana, animal steele, killer bees VS. savage, jake snake, honkytonk man, hart foundation = savage/bret hart are the survivors
cpl kirchner, dick slater, blackjack mulligan, american express VS. sheik & volkoff, kamala, sika, killer kahn = kamala is sole survivor pinning mulligan
hillbillies (jim, elmer, luke) islanders VS. funk bros (terry, dory jr, jimmy jack), moondogs = terry funk is sole survivor pinning jim
