Orton beating him at WM21 would've been huge and I remember thinking they were going to do it.
As for a match that didn't happen, Kane beating him at WM27 in 2011 could've been an option. Either continue their 2010 feud or hold off on it until Late 2010/Early 2011 so it could finish at Mania. Maybe even work the Re-Masking/Resurrection of Kane into it instead of waiting until December.
Looking back, Lesnar breaking the Streak didn't really NEED to happen. He still could've been on a Monster run; all he needed to kickstart it was the match against Cena to avenge the crap that was their Extreme Rules 2012 finish. Sure it was a shocking moment and all (I'll never forget the reaction my friends and I had in my living room) but Lesnar didn't benefit too much and it would be nice to still have the Streak.

Ric Flair. Before "The Streak" was even a thing, this was the first time it made sense for 'Taker to lose at WM. The heel Undertaker pretty much dominated the entire feud leading up to the match, including beating up AA. The good guy was supposed to win the blowoff. Of course, the same could be said for the HHH-Booker WM match, too.
After this match was the first time I recall 'Taker acknowledging the streak, counting off his 10 wins.

Or I would have ended the streak if it had to end it would end this year with Cena being the one to do it...30 I wouild have had him beat Lesnar, 31 I would have had him beat Wyatt and then 32 he beats Shane he would be 24-0 and then Cena being the one in 24-1
