Bray Wyatt (c) vs Finn Balor (WWE Championship)
Its already been mentioned here and the two characters have potential to create great story. Endless creative possibilities for their entrances, sure to be a spectacle. The first main event without Cena or a part-timer in a long time. Also, i'm thinking Taker will finally call it a day after WM 33, so it's a chance for two supernatural characters to fill his character's void.
Charlotte (c) vs Asuka (Raw Women's title)
Inevitably going to be a great match but i'm just worried about the program going into it. Have this go on just before the main to give it a little more legitimacy.
Triple H (w/Stephanie McMahon) vs The Rock
I've liked the idea of this match ever since it was teased on Smackdown. Since they insist on having a program with a celebrity i'd have Vince McMahon interfere to assist HHH, then Conor McGregor jumps the barricade at ringside to take him out. Good exposure for WWE, Conor gets a payday, they all win.
Roman Reigns (c) vs Seth Rollins (Royal Rumble winner) vs John Cena (WWE Universal Championship)
I absolutely loved the Royal Rumble triple threat between Brock/Rollins/Cena, think this has potential to be incredible. Cena vowing for his record breaking 17th world championship, Seth Rollins making up for lost time and reclaiming the title, and Roman ultimately trying to look strong once again.
(Returning) CM Punk vs Samoa Joe
Time heals all wounds and I do think Punk will be back eventually. I'm not necessarily desperate for his return but I know there'd be a demand out there for it. Rematch of a classic.
Brock Lesnar vs AJ Styles (Cage Match)
I like at least one gimmick match to look forward to at Wrestlemania and I think this has potential to be a cool match. AJ locked in a cage with the beast, using his agility to escape, with a few cool spots thrown in for good measure.
Dean Ambrose (c) vs Shinsuke Nakamura (Intercontinental Championship)
I just like the sound of this match. Ambrose will be heel.
Kane vs Baron Corbin (Kane's retirement match)
I toyed with bumping this to the pre show as it's probably the least appealing match on the main card, but it'd be unfair to end such a decorated career off the main card. A lot of us wanted whoever ended Taker's streak to be young and upcoming, so this is an opportunity to do something similar. I'm unsure whether i'd officially stipulate it as 'if Kane loses he must retire', but i'd like to see a definitive end to his in-ring career, so at least give off the perception it's his last match (one last burst of flames in the ring). Also, i'm not 100% sold on it being Corbin, open to any better suggestions. (Strowman?)
Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Kofi Kingston (w/New Day) vs Dolph Ziggler vs 'Broken' Matt Hardy vs Brother Nero vs Braun Strowman vs Kevin Owens vs Big Cass (w/Enzo) vs The Miz (w/Maryse)
I much prefer the MITB at Wrestlemania, two matches on it's own PPV takes away prestige imo. If they hype the match like they used to with emphasis on rivalries going into it, it could be special. The cross brand interaction in the weeks before WM will be fun too. Lots of diverse characters at play, a Giant, supernaturals, charismatic tag teams, the former Universal Champion, and two vets looking to resurrect their careers.
PRE SHOW
Austin Aries (c) vs Neville (Cruiserweight Championship)
Andre the Giant Battle Royal (Winner: Rusev)
American Alpha vs The Uso's (Smackdown Tag Titles)
Bayley vs Sasha Banks (Smackdown Women's Tag Titles)
Bayley and Sasha's match would be on the main card but Money in the Bank Ladder Match returning to Mania I would be all for that
