Piper never had a career defining moment. Sure he was great- but aside from ic title win, he had no big moments. He main evented the first Wrestlemania.

Royal Rumble 92 with an IC win and a shot at the world is a pretty good option too. Hollywood backlot brawl, while not a personal fav is also a famous one and has the added benefit of being a different attire to the usual piper figs

When Piper crowned Lou Albano with the award he received by Cindi Lauper or his War-to-Settle-the-Score match with Hogan on MTV were not only defining moments for him, but catapalted pro wrestling into pop culture. So, when you talk about pro wrestling, there's no bigger defining moments. He ushered in the golden era. There was a villain first and then later came the hero (Hogan).
You could say a superficial defining moment would be Royal Rumble '92 when he won the IC belt, and also went far in the Royal Rumble, but by no means was that his career highlight. Leading up to WM8, it was rumored that Piper would turn heel again and win the world title at Royal Rumble '92, setting up another feud with Hogan. I think Flair arrived on the scene and spoiled those plans.
Piper is one of those guys that is an uncrowned world champ, however, the guy was so over anyway, he didn't need a belt.

Really, if you think about it his entire career was a defining moment for the wrestling industry. Heel or face, he never really changed his gimmick no matter where he went and never had to because of how good he was.

All I want is the long haired, Intercontinental title run Roddy Piper.

I could have sworn Bill said when a Wrestler passes they try to give time before releases so it doesn't come off as "profiting off the recently deceased". He did say that

Just found this going through boxes that were at my parents house and just sitting in my basement since I moved into the house. Finding so much awesome stuff!

Taking into account that the line has absolutely nothing to do with actual "defining moments" and is just a way to release Elites with more deco and accessories:
I'd probably go with a long haired smiling scan, pink cloth jacket, kilt, sporan, and IC belt or extra t-shirt.

Because he got an entrance greats that came with basically all you'd ever need of a Piper figure. Except elite articulation lol

Piper had a lot of Defining Moments but this line is catered to extra accessories and extra deco hits. I guess he could be justified with cloth jacket and kilt.

Because he got an entrance greats that came with basically all you'd ever need of a Piper figure. that figure came out 7 years ago as did his only elite figure. Kinda silly to say an EG prevents an elite or DM figure from coming out especially considering both the EG taker and hbk both got their EG attire released as an elite and the EG rock got a release minus his pants.

I feel on a global platform, people would acknowledge Warrior before Piper. But I also think enough time has passed for some Piper elites. Its possible his estate wants nothing to do with his likeness being used.

Does anyone think they'd touch on the Braveheart Piper? I know some people would complain that it's racist, but I don't think that was the intention.

But it is 2017... at this point, I can't believe WWE figures are still in the "boy" section.

Bill or someone from Mattel said there is NO chance of a WM6 Piper ever being made.
