I'm really lost on paint sealant. The one I was using leave some residue and causes small hairs/lint to stick to my customs. I don't know which brand to use that will seal my paint without leaving some crap behind lol. Any suggestions?

Late, but anyway-
Sealer shouldn't make your paint sticky, it should leave a slick hard finish that repels water and dust, not attract it. If your figure got sticky then maybe the sealer reacted badly with the paint, or you used enamels paints on the wrong kind of plastic, or maybe the temperature and humidity were wrong when you applied the sealer, etc.
If you're using acrylic paint, try something like Liquitex or Vallejo's sealers, they're brush-on. You can try spray sealers like Testors Dullcote too. Some spray sealers will react badly with the paint though, it's all trial and error.
