It's not going to happen for WrestleMania. Way too big of a money grab for the American media. John Cena isn't going to go on The Tonight Show and tell Jimmy Fallon that viewers can catch WrestleMania at 2:00pm, with the Kickoff starting at noon.
I don't know the numbers, but I imagine the viewership for those Pre-Season NFL games in London are small compared the those played in the states.
The WWE want fans to watch their biggest show LIVE, not on Demand. That's what's so terrible. You continue stating that it's inconvenient for UK fans to stay up late and almost have a "it's time for US fans to be inconvenienced" mentality on the situation. Not gonna happen.

I will continue to answer this question with "Wembley" every time I see this thread until it happens. Failing that, the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, as that's as big and the roof closes fully.
I believe one day it will happen. There's far too much demand for it not to happen.

It would be live. It would start 2-3pm EST and 11-12 PT. What is so awful about that? WWE used to always hold WrestleMania and other PPVs during Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The first 11 Mania's started anywhere from 1pm EST to 4pm EST.
I was at Mania this year and people were literally running for the exits at about 10:30. Asking your fans to sit there from basically 5pm to 12:20am is a giant ask. Personally, I feel that they would benefit greatly by starting the actual main WrestleMania show at 3 or 4pm. If you want to broadcast 5 hours, start the damn thing early. If you do that you can give everyone the amount of time they need and you can fit in musical acts without bumping anyone.

The first 11 Mania's started anywhere from 1pm EST to 4pm EST. No they didn't. Haha WrestleMania IX was in daylight in Vegas. Not daylight in New York.

Columbus. I've driven too much for the last two.
But seriously, the weather in Ohio is too terrible. As long as it's some place I can go, I'm open to it. So I'll go with the U.K. Give me an excuse to use this passport.

WrestleMania V: 4PM E/1PM P WrestleMania VI: 4PM E/1PM P WrestleMania VII: 7PM E/4PM P WrestleMania VIII: 5PM E/2PM P WrestleMania IX: 7PM E/4PM P WrestleMania X: 4PM E/1PM P WrestleMania XI: 7PM E/4PM P
Stayed 7:00 for a few years, excluding WrestleMania 2000. Which offered an "All Day Long" option on Pay-Per-View. Noon-midnight.
Not so sure why WrestleMania X started early. Might have to do some research on that one.

Wouldn't be surprised if London gets one at Tottenham's new ground rather than Wembley. Daniel Levy has already negotiated a deal for NFL games to go there regularly, so would jump at the chance to have a PPV held there. Saying that, there's no roof and English weather this time of the year isn't as good as in the US. SummerSlam would maybe be a more realistic option.

-- Was actually giving this a lot of thought, over the past year actually...
For WM 35, I would like to see one of 3 things happen:
-------
1) One Venue | One Day | Separated Event
Growing up in the 80s, I remember the PPVs used to start at 2pm/ct. I can honestly see SDL's WrestleMania starting at that time and wrapping up by 5pm/ct. That's 3 full hours for SDL to arrange their portion of WrestleMania however they see fit. RAW's WrestleMania can begin at 6pm/ct (just like this year, started at 6pm/ct). Vince has a H-on for RAW being the prime show, so a 4hr window could fit in not only the RAW matches, but whatever musical performances they'd have lined up. And it would go until 10pm/ct (when RAW usually ends on Mondays anyways).
This gives fans a 1hr window to do their business, eat, drink, socialize, ect.
As for "Where", somewhere south where it's warm. Why? Because fans may want to spend that 1hr outside.
And for those of us watching on the Network, that 1hr inbetween SDL & RAW's WrestleManias, can be like a half-time show.
-------
2) 2 Venues | One Night
This one seems a bit far fetched, but it plays off of the multi-city concept of WM2. The logistics of NXT and Axxess would be up for debate for sure, but as for WrestleMania itself, I can see 2 Venues hosting the event.
The card would alternate between cities (SDL match in -insert city- ; next a RAW match in -insert city- ) And just like WM2, the RAW WM venue would be watching the SDL WM matches on a large titantron and filmed reactions could be displayed on split-screen or in a small box in the corner of the action. Same for SDL's WM venue, watching on when there's a RAW WM match going on. And just go back and forth.
As for "Where", it could be virtually anywhere in the U.S., any 2 cities. Personally, Minneapolis would be ideal for myself and maybe Las Vegas, for the other. Why? To keep it as different as possible (this also lets WWE test the northern weather-WM situation, for further city choices).
-------
3) Madison Square Garden, NYC
Yes, it's too small to fit a WrestleMania. But I think we all want 1 more WM to resonate from where it all started. And here's how it can be done:
Only 18,500 seats will be available;
Instead of charging up the wazoo for tickets, so that only the wealthiest can attend... Instead of that, WWE.com can sell lottery tickets at $10/each. Each lottery ticket is an entrant for the opportunity to purchase WM tickets. You can buy as many lottery tickets as you want, increasing your chances.
Then, in September of 2018, the set amount of 3,000 lottery tickets will be chosen. If your ticket is one of the 3,000... you're given a code to enter at WWE.com , which takes you to the page to purchase WM tickets. To eliminate the amount of scalpers, WWE.com only allows each purchaser to buy 1-6 tickets. And realistically, not every purchaser is going to buy 6 (or even 4), so it'll be a good diversity as to how many get sold. If each lottery winner were to buy the 6 tickets allowed, there's still 500 seats left. However, as I stated before, some may only purchase 1-3, which would leave quite a few seats available.
In which case.... - DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR LOTTERY TICKETS, WWE UNIVERSE! - October of 2018, a 2nd batch of 500 lottery tickets will be chosen. Same concept this month also, you win a code that unlocks the WM Ticket purchasing page on WWE.com and can buy up to 6 WM tix ... Only this time around, it's 1st login / 1st served!
All 18,500 seats will be filled, with this 2nd batch of lottery winners.
Remember, the winning lottery ticket just entitles you to access the ticket purchasing page. If tix are sold out before you get to access it, then that's how it goes.

Indianapolis Lucas Oil Stadium. Holds 70,000. WWE hasn't been in the Midwest since WM23 and not in Indiana since WM8. Plus its 90 minutes from where I live. Also wouldn't mind them doing like they did at WM2 and hold it in different venues. Maybe have Raw on the east coast and SD on the west. Raw goes on first and SD closes out the event. If Indy hosted that would for sure be my 2nd one. After this past one I'm ready to go to another one. I will make it to another I hope. I think they have the venues the Pacers stadium could do HOF NXT Raw Smackdown and Lucas could do WM for sure. I only live about 2 hours away so I'd probably just go Friday Saturday Sunday. I enjoyed Orlando but it would be nice not to have to fly could also consider possibly staying for Raw at that point.

I think people really need to give up on the hope that an overseas Mania happens, at least for the time being. Unless WWE's popularity shifts dramatically downward domestically, the likelihood of it happening is slim to none. Even if you can get over the timing issue (which is big, no matter how much people try to play it off), there is too much money in it for the host city, and they're proud of the aura they've built surrounding Wrestlemania week and all the good it does for the local economy. They very likely feel that they'd catch backlash for taking that money elsewhere. I think that goes for Canada, too. I would almost guarantee Wrestlemania will be in the US for many, many years to come.
As for 35, Philadelphia has obviously expressed interest in hosting a Mania, but that's always a gamble. It worked out fine for New York, but they may not get quite as lucky if they try it again. The new LA stadium will almost undoubtedly be receiving one shortly after it opens, though I'm not sure it'll be totally ready in time for Mania, since the Rams/Chargers won't be playing there until the 2019 season. Same goes for the Raiders new facility in Vegas post 2020.
I'd say the Bay Area would be an easy call, but with an LA Mania looming and a TON of papered tickets in 2015, they may avoid that place for a while. Houston is probably due sooner than later.

I'm going to give a bold prediction and say Philly gets one within the next 5 years. We've been in the running for a while now and on top of it are long overdue for one. We have a rich history in wrestling with great fans and it's overall a good tourist city so they'd be fools not to bring it here again.
I'd say lets have it here in 2019 on the 20th anniversary of 15. Make it happen Vince...

Fully expect WWE to keep it on a 4-5 city rotation once these new stadiums are built. I'd also rule out any cold weather towns. I expect Orlando, Miami, Dallas, New Orleans, LA (once built) and Las Vegas (once built). It is going to be extremely hard to get Mania in cities like Philly or Minnesota. Those aren't very touristy places and WWE wants Mania to be a vacation destination.
I've sadly come to the conclusion that I will never see a Mania in Chicago ever again. I am not a Cubs fan, but a Mania at Wrigley could have been magical. So magically it would peak the interest of one, Phil Brooks.
