The ring imploding spot is so dumb. Cool in 2003 with brock and big show. Didnt like it being repeated in 2011 and didnt like it in 2017

Revisionist history aside, WHEN DID THE GIANT EVER USE AN ELBOW DROP AS A FINISHER, BOOKER? Back in the day? Must have been at the WCW Powerplant because his first televised matchdidn't have it. And he pretty much always used a chokeslam.

Out of all the giant men matches, Big Show Vs. Braun is definitely one of the best.

I will never understand why we didn't get Big Show vs Strowman at WM. Neither did jack squat so it would have been more productive for both men.
The ring collapse was telegraphed a mile away, but still cool nonetheless.
Good RAW overall. No complaints.

This was the second highly entertains match between these two, why did they not get a mania match against each other? Why waste them in the AtGMBR?
Big Show is doing awesome! Imagine if he still had his speed from youth with this effort!

I'm officially convinced that Braun was sent here by god to help Big Show get the respect he deserves before he retires.
Okay obviously not but god damn that dude brings out the absolute best in The Big Show. This is the best he's been since that Sheamus feud a couple years back.

Also...I can't stop rewinding and laughing at the ref and the crowds reactions. I like to rewatched moments over and over just to watch each fan that you can see and watch their facial reactions. When the ref bounces hard almost everyone goes from hell yeah looks to laughing, lol.
(Another great fan watch moment is when Hogan turns)

I was going to ask earlier why they didn't have the LED apron or screen ring posts tonight. Guess I got my answer. Kind of a dead give away that it was planned in hindsight, though, which is bad. But they don't care.
Ho-hum show for me. First part of the show was a lot of rematches. Women's match was solid, glad to see Alexa win. Surprised to see Finn back already, but it's pretty clear they're just buying time until Wyatt loses to Orton again.
Speaking of, another worthless promo from Bray. He talks a bunch of creepy platitudes and then loses. This Orton/Wyatt feud continues to be the worst thing this company has done since the Ziggler/Rusev/Lana garbage two summers ago.

John Cone's ref bump was the greatest thing I've ever seen. I legit laughed so much I was crying. That poor bastard, he had no idea.....he was supposed to fall down in the ring with the rope....but the rope gave way too soon. holy shit. i cant stop laughing. streamable.com/yszg2 |

Overall not a great show. The women's match was good. The ending with the ring imploding has been overdone. Great to see Finn back that quick
