Scott Hall - Looks amazing. Everything I wanted it to be. Although his kneepads look a bit long.
AJ Styles - Not bad. But probably a pass for me. I'm not a fan of screaming headscans and I'm pretty satisfied with his first elite.
The Berzerker - Like many others, I was hoping for the brown attire. But I'll probably still pick it up.
Mankind - I was really hoping that he didn't have removable hair pieces this time around. And the boots were definitely better on the Amazon version.
Roman Reigns - Elite 45 was the definitive Reigns to me, so I don't care for this one. Plus, the painted on gauntlets is a step back unfortunately.
Sami Zayn - Not a fan of this guy at all so easy pass.

I love Berserker!
A friend of mine passed on the first Elite AJ as he said it had so many problems that Mattel will fix it with his second Elite.
I personally think this AJ is worse.
Roman should have had the white symbol with white soles on his boots.

True, but Austin Aries looks nothing like and hes a 'new guy' and Junkyard Dog is spot on and he's an 'old guy' Some people are just harder to capture in plastic form I suppose. Only one I'll be getting is Bezerker. Looks like another excellent example of mattel absolutely killing it with a gimmick character.
I have the amazon mankind already and I prefer it over this one bc of the boots.
Plus...I don't like how they painted his lips brown as if they're just part of his beard. The Amazon one has an actual flesh tone bottom lip, so I think it looks much better

I legit am hoping we get a decent elite AJ Styles one day before this is all over with.. Evan Bourne can get a sculpted belt but AJ can't? C'Mon Mattel you're slipping.. I know you have the parts..
Scott Hall looks really good tho.

These came out better than I expected. Def berserker, hall. Prolly mankind and styles. Just a little tough considering I just picked up e19 mankind, rse cactus, and e48 cactus.

Just Hall & Mankind for me but man oh man they are just how I want them. I will do a headswap for Hall though with the BP version just like I did with the RSC Nash. Giving me perfect in ring and street clothes Outsiders. EXCELLENT. Now all I need is a BATB Nash. I'm sure that is planned too.
Mankind being in Brown is great news to me as well.....another great addition to the NG segment.
Really like that Styles and I may just score him if I can on clearance......but Styles isnta guy Ill be buying multiples of.

Nothing is more  ing annoying to me than when Mattel inaccurately uses those leg sleeves. I get that the mid sized knee pads are slightly undersized but they're identical to the knee pads he wore. They used them for Razor and they looked great. What seems to be the problem with Scott Hall? Yes, I'm buying it regardless, but like the HBK knee pad situation, I think this is pure ery. |
