who are some wrestlers/teams you wish had a good wwf run back in late 80's or early 90's as well? some that I always wanted to see come over were:
sting nikita koloff great muta r&r express midnight express fabulous freebirds 4 horseman (an invasion like nwo did woulda been cool)
who are some of yours?

Imagine if these two jumped ship in 89. The WWF tag scene would've been off the charts.

Sting. I can't help but feel he would've fitted perfectly in the RA era.

I dont have a fig fed right now, but one of the programs I've got dancing around in my head ,screaming to come out, is Randy Savage circa 1985 vs Magnum TA circa 1985. Imagine that being a thing back in 85/86 WWF.....would've been off the charts.

I would have loved to see the Four Horsemen in the WWF in the late 80s / early 90s. With Bobby the Brain Heenan as their manager, they would have been a great foil to the Ultimate Mega Power Maniacs.
I would have loved to see the New World Order in the WWF in the late 90s / early 00s. The nWo, regardless of when, would have worked out really well. WWF / WCW vs. nDXWo would have made for a better Invasion storyline.

I always thought that the Hollywood Blondes in 1993 would have fit the WWE style more so than WCW.

Id like to have seen The Russian Nightmare Nikita Koloff kick the crapoutta Hogan at SummerSlam but realistically, he'd have teamed with Boris Zukoff and lost to the team of Jim Duggan & Jim Powers.

Forgetting about the politics and nonsense that would, happen in reality the possibilities and fantasy booking for Sting, Muta and koloff especially coming in are endless for me!! If only we had a horsemen invasion in 89 like I did with my figures!! Lol

If you look at the NWA guys that did go to the WWF, it rarely ever went well for them. From a fantasy booking perspective there are a lot of intriguing choices. But in reality they would have all been buried by Vince.

Sting.
He and Vince were negotiating HARD in 1992(Vince was desperate with the Loss of Hogan, Warrior & Davey Boy) before Turner secured him with the ludicrous deal that would become known as "Sting $$$" within the industry.
Imagine Sting with Stars n Stripes facepaint getting off that Chopper and slamming Yoko on July 4th 1993? Good grief. Also I feel Vince wouldn't have screwed him up because he would have fit his merch model and New Generation dogma perfectly.
Could have changed the course of wrestling history that one.....
I would have also liked to have seen Nikita Koloff deployed within WWF in the post Hogan era.
