long-hair ABA Undertaker is really like the last "definitive" Elite Undertaker we need right? Black tear drop Taker? I kinda want a Brian Lee as Undertaker. Then there's Mean Mark Callous

Is there a ling hair head that pops off easy? All I know are the TTL ones and havnt had luck putting one on a Mattel. Need the blue shirt and gold chain too. We do need a better Mattel sculpt for 98, but the biggest thing was the molded torso. Apoc said leg molds too, but he didnt always wear those tights. I feel like 2001 is the last big Taker look we need unless they do a retirement one with taped fists and new molded coat. I am surprised at Mattel's lack of focus on attires for guys from 2000-2001. no 2000 Undertaker and Triple H is very surprising after over a half decade of work. The good thing with HHH and Taker is theyre not going anywhere as far as WWE is concerned. Who knows how long Mattel will hold their reigns, but they shouldnt end up like Hollywood Hogan or another volatile superstar, and theyre not on the concussion lawsuit, so theres still hope. lol I feel like the next 4 pack should be Bills "Allright here you go, shutup and gimme your money now" ABA Taker, 99/2000 hHh, flashback Jericho, and Big Show with the closed fist.....(of course it would be a flashback Big Show and people would still complain because he didnt use WMD...)

I would complain. Well, not really complain but I'd want a FB Big Show (specifically SvS99) to have an Amazon Andre right hand so he can do the choke slam pose.

It wouldnt be ideal, but it would be typical to give us something weve been wanting only for it to have the slightest oversight

I would definitely buy that 4 pack. Hell, they could put all those in the TNF series if needed. You're right on the longevity of Taker and H as far as not going anywhere in the WWE world. That is mind easing for sure, but at the rate they have made figures for both guys, it's kinda crazy we haven't seen either of those era figures.

As protective as Undertaker is of his character I am not surprised one bit that we havent seen ABA. That version of him never gets shown on WWE TV. Even when him and Triple H wrestled in back to back WM they never made any reference to their previous WM match when he was ABA. Big Evil got made because the gimmick is very close to the Deadman. Maybe now that Taker is supposedly retired, ABA can get made.

Not totally WWE Mattel related but I'm going to SDCC for the first time this year. I thought I had seen some articles here and there about being able to preorder some exclusives and pick them up at the booth. Does anyone know where I can find a list of which exclusives I could do that with? Hasbro has Thrawn and a Landspeeder with Luke as their SDCC Star Wars Exclusives I like how those look too, but I'm not sure if I want them. The landspeeder is kind of iconic, but the 40th anniversary Luke is so cheap on Amazon so I'm torn. I don't watch Rebels so I don't actually know Thrawn. He does look cool though so I'll probably buy the single release when it comes out. And just so I'm not getting too far off topic, I can't wait for the Mattel stuff. I freaked out at the reveals last year and how soon they came out afterward. My only worry is that I might not get to see the booth. I have regular passes and going for the first time, but I'm going with my friend and her friends that have pro passes and go every year. I'm kinda gonna be tagging along to where they go.

I dunno about that 2000 Taker still had long hair and a trench coat, which imo, is closer to "Deadman" than he was in 2002 and 2003. From what I've heard, Taker has always been a fan of the ABA as he felt like he could be more himself. As far as 2002 goes, they didn't mention him vs Brock any from their matches in 2014 and 2015. I would say it's more Vince than Taker, but even then I can't see them not making a 2000 Taker since we've seen a basic from 2001 and an elite from 2002.

Not really having any high expections, but I'd like to see some WCW guys they have the rights to Lex Luger, Syxx, jeans DDP, Red and black madness Macho, a proper '98 Sting with a wider torso and accurate boots, Billy Kidman etc Don't get your hopes up to see a Syxx at SDCC. As of two weeks ago when I asked him about this exact figure, Sean Waltman said there is NO Syxx in the works, as he actually owns the trademark on Syxx and Mattel won't make a Syxx figure unless they pay HIM more for the rights.

Dude that ing blows... Mattel needs to stop being cheap and she'll put the extra $$$ on these guys. Maybe, in long terms they don't see it as a profit, but a lot of us want these guys to be made. It seems like I'll have to resort to making it myself then.

Flashback DM Angle with IC, European and WWF title. Please No Way Out 2000 attire. Dont need the WWF title though. I really just hope the first Kurt has hair... I was done watching wrestling literally a month before he shaved it. Backlash 02 was my last live show, and I just lost interest. I was also only 12, so I was probably a bit insecure about being a wrestling fan in jr high after it had peaked.

If the first Mattel Goldberg is Oldberg then I'd assume the first Mattel Angle will be bald and have wrestling shoes.
