Please keep it to classic wrestlers/wrestling and not wrestlers/matches that happened within the last five years.

I'm going to give this a shot with Lex Luger. Now it's easy to poke fun at Lex Luger and the man could easily have his career defined in four not so great moments (Summerslam 93, never getting a clean win over Flair) but I want to stay positive with Lex.
1. Lex Luger & Sting win with the Crocket Cup over Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard The last Crocket Cup and it was won by the two that would dominate WCW in the late 80's and into the 90's
2. Lex Luger Vs Barry Windham Chi-Town Rumble 89 Lex Luger and Barry Windham were great rivals and is often never talked about. This match was amazing. This was Luger's second reign as US champ, so not the long one he had after beating Michael Hayes. As incredible as this match was, it was over shadowed by the Flair-Steamboat match that happened on the same card.
3. The Steiners Vs Lex Luger & Sting WCW SuperBrawl I It seems like every time these tag teams went against each other it was going to be great. This is considered by some to be one of the greatest tag team matches in history. It was awarded the Match of the year by PWI.
4. Lex Luger Vs. Hollywood Hogan Nitro 8-4-97 I rarely see anyone talk about this match so how about we break it down. Hollywood had held the belt for 359 days going in to the match. 359 days of NWO having the Championship. Luger kicks out of Hogans leg drop, one of the most protected finishers in all of wrestling, and LEX LUGER kicked out of it. While there were run ins by NWO members, Hogan lost cleanly. Hogan lost the WCW Heavyweight Championship, CLEANLY ON NITRO, to Lex Luger. Yet all anyone wants to talk about is Goldberg's title win on Nitro over Hogan.

Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat
1977 - Ricky pins Ric Flair for the NWA Mid-Atlantic Television Championship (one of the first times these two will clash and establishes Ricky as a mega babyface in the Territories)
1987 - WrestleMania III - Ricky vs. Macho Man in an instant classic for the I-C belt which he wins; still considered one of the best matches in the history of WM
1989 - Chi-Town Rumble - Ricky wins the NWA World title from Ric Flair and the two wrestle a trilogy of 5-star matches
2009 - WMXXV - Snuka, Piper and Steamboat vs. Jericho, Ricky's first match in 15 years, he does the job but gains the respect of millions because he can still go at his age.
I like this, here's another one:
"The Enforcer" Arn Anderson
1985 - wins his first NWA World Tag Team Championship with Ole Anderson as the Minnesota Wrecking Crew - establishes himself as an "Anderson"
1986 - not exactly a match, but it was his famous promo that coined the name "The 4 Horsemen" that defined his career. He'd later win another set of tag titles, this time with Tully Blanchard and be one-half of arguable one of the best tag teams ever.
1987 - Great American Bash '87 War Games: The Match Beyond - the inaugural war games, one of the best gimmick matches in history and Arn was the first guy to start it
1995 - Fall Brawl '95 - Arn vs. Flair. They would have many matches in '95 actually, but this was kind of full circle with his career. He took off with Flair and the Horsemen and he basically culminated his singles career (and eventual retirement years later) with his best friend Flair in a feud.
Arn's quite something: tag champ with Ole, Tully, Bobby, Larry, Roma; member of mega stables 4 Horsemen, Heenan Family, Dangerous Alliance.
