I understand that, and maybe it's just me, but I think he has the build of E.T., the face of an elderly woman, and the hair from a used mop. After him, they had to reevaluate the template.

By this time he was pretty old and past his prime. However, I don't disagree about Tommy Rich. I never thought he was very special. But man he was over as hell in his territory for whatever reason.
