My job for a three year stretch was seventy percent travel. I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to distribution and peg warmers. The only thing that comes to mind for me on all the stops I've made were some of the build a figure Paul Bearer set. If I think long enough I'm sure I can think of more but that's the one off the top of my head.

I'm surprised to hear you guys couldn't find Rikishi. I found both variations of him here, picking up one. Forgot which cuz he's boxed up, but I think he's wearing the sarong.

Rikishi sold especially well here. I might have seen him once if I was lucky.
This thread did remind me of how funny it is people were saying Nakamura was gonna shelfwarm. DM Flair and Macho are both warming hard in my area

Rikishi not warming surprises me. But I wasn't a huge fan of that character or the dance gimmick. I did like The Sultan.
Nakamura is a surprise given the history of the defining moments line. Mattel made a good business decision putting him in the line to help it. I'm sure the company wasn't close to pulling the plug on the line but Nakamura did help it after Warrior.

I didn't expect DM Nakamura to warm but I am surprised he can't be easily found at retail. Curious to know how many were produced and ordered compared to other DMs. I've only seen him once, I passed on him though.

I think Nakamura is doing well as he's a current guy - and it's also his first ever Mattel figure... they're always going to be more popular.

My grandpa was lucky enough to find so many figures that would be considered rare today such as william regal, matt hardy, wal mart aj lee, and rikishi but for me recently it has got to be E47 Aj Styles and when i did get him i paid scalper prices only to have one literally given to me a couple weeks later by a good friend lol

EVERYONE in Elite 42, 43, 45, 46, 47, and 48 because my Toys R Us had Elite 41 hanging around from Easter of 2016 up until this past February when they got Elite 44, and just a month or two ago they got Elite 49 and 50. Tugboat has been hanging around for months. Braun, I've never seen. I thought he would warm because it was the Wyatt Family version, and by the time his series was in stores, he changed his gimmick a long time ago.

The ONLY figure I NEVER saw at retail is Rikishi. And I still don't have him ... This. I found everyone else in that series multiple times but never saw Rikishi. I had to buy him off eBay a year later for 30 bucks. Saw him twice. Passed the first time. Didn't make the mistake twice.

E44 Tugboat, saw him once at retail, never again, and I thought he'd be the warmer of the set (Even though I personally wanted him) There's 7 of them at the Target I work for that haven't moved in about 2 months now. They aren't ordering new elites because of it and it's really frustrating. I really hate that Tugboat figure now. I'm surprised DM Cena didn't shelfwarm, at least in my area. Same with most of his latest elites. Notably E46. No clue how he keeps selling

Figures don't sell at all here but I've never seen a Ziggler in the wild, literally everything else warms.

Figures don't sell at all here but I've never seen a Ziggler in the wild, literally everything else warms. My area too, especially WWE's. Most peg for months except for maybe the Balors, which tend to be bought up quick. I just don't see too many kids buying any line of action figure anymore. Mostly just collectors in the toy aisles. Kids love electronics.

The Spotlight Baley. Im not a fan of Divas figures so when I saw an entire case dedicated to just one diva I thought for sure theyd shelf warm. I think I saw her in stores once or twice but never for very long. I dont know if they did a smaller production number on her, or if her figures are clogged in some warehouse somewhere, but im amazed they seem to have sold.

I had a much harder time finding Tatanka than I had expected. Several other flashbacks were warming in my area, but I only saw Tatanka once.

Right now I expected Warlord to warm but I haven't even seen one in person yet.

Not sure if you could count it yet but the GameStop Samoa Joe didn't warm in my area like Brock did. I got the last one around here and I got it like a day or two after it hit retail. This figure is definitely worth picking up too! They ordered substantially less of him, often only one per store, at least in LA. I checked with a few when hunting for him. Sort of the reverse but there was at least one Toys R Us in a local city where Network Special Finn was STILL heavily peg warming even a month or so ago, which surprised me.

I was surprised Asuka and Corporate Bossman sold as well as they did. Only saw them once or twice on the peg, and I hunt quite a bit.
