Just got mine too. Not as happy with the face printing as I initially was. The half printed, half painted beard is a little strange and mine has pretty blurry eye. I’m thinking of seeing what the basic 85 head looks like in person and possibly swapping it out I think with the eyes (and the whole face) It look really good when looking at them with the naked eye in natural lighting. But the eyes (and facial hair) look very distorted/ blurry through a lense in a close up pic with a flash. Then you see pretty much every drop. |

Am I crazy, or does your Roode face seem like it was printed off centre? I thought that when I saw the proto, but in hand no it’s not. In hand you see it’s not off center, but the sides have different shades/fades. |

They really should stop putting dates for attires if they’re not gonna be right. He wore white boots and silver lettering at Orlando, not black and purple....nice robe though. Just like Flair and Macho Man they can cover up their own inaccuracies. This line is dying a slow death. I still love certain figures, but DMs took a huge plunge in quality for cash, and then got replaced by these that come with a grainy sounding music base....

Great robe but yeah that face is hideous. If this is the face paint method going forward then Mattel need to up their game pronto as the ones so far have been crap.
This fig needs to be swapped out with the nxt elite and have the b85 head and some white boots and then this robe and the old nxt title. Then it will be glorious. Needs white wristbands too.

It would be if it mixed better. Like if the center was dark and it would get lighter as it moved to the outer edges. But with this Roode (at least mine) it seems the facial hair on the left side is as a whole is just darker than the right side. The right side has a much better mix of shading. |

...is it me, or do the sleeves on the robe seem too short?  I've notice a similar thing with the E59 Kurt Angle too - the sleeves on his hoodie are way too short...  |

Yes, the sleeves could be slightly longer, but that really isn’t an issue for me. The bigger issue I have with the robe is that the bottom of the robe and sleeves aren’t hemmed. So I am more concerned that the bottoms of the sleeves and robe could either fray or curl up over time. As for the head it is an improvement over the NXT paint job. And from the pics it looks like his second scan (b85) will be better than this improved original scan. Overall I feel the EG is an improvement over the NXT Elite version because... EG Head with face printing > NXT head painted. EG attire > than the NXT attire. EG Accessories robe/base > NXT title     |

Anyone have any recommendations as to which arms to swap out? I really don't like those Cena arms on him, but I'm scared that with the huge shoulders, no other arms will look good on him.

Maybe his NXT basic arms? They are the Sheamus arms. Anything smaller than that would be to small on those shoulders if you ask me.
