This is what I really hate about Mattel. They talk about how the BAF basic didn't sell a while back, then they said ok we are going to do it this way but sort pack a figure. WTF? How are people suppose to build figures if there is only one of a certain figure in the box?

I’m pretty sure series 1&2 were all 2x case At least with Axel there were refresher cases where he was packed 2 per case. But with these The first two series were all 2-per case. But they didn’t have many restocks. Series 1 had one restock at the stores here. Series 2 was 1 and done. There weren’t any restocks that I saw. So if this wave is like Series 1 or 2 there might not be a restock. |

Took my first trip ever to the Riverdale Walmart (I didn’t realize how close it was, it’s a shorter trip than Monroe) and picked up a Jake and an Austin. There was 1 Austin left afterwards.

I see they didn’t fix the arms on Steamboat. Too skinny. Should of went with the DM arms. I guess the jacket can hide them.

Thanks for posting pics of Race & Steamboat- both figs look great! I hope this set hits Walmart here in Canada, I really want that Steamboat, stoked that it comes with a cloth jacket and now seeing your pics with the deco on the back I like it even more. The jacket that Legends Steamboat came with was plain, with just a small decal on the side, great to see this one has a design on the back and is not just plain white.
How does the plastic cocoon that Race comes with looks?! From the promo pics, it looks like a hard plastic shell- does the robe bend easily so the figure can be displayed with the robe open?!

I am not in front of them now, but I am going to say Race’s robe is like the one used on the Narcissist Luger. It’s easy to get on and off, but how you see it is how open or closed it will be on your shelves. I see they didn’t fix the arms on Steamboat. Too skinny. Should of went with the DM arms. My local WalMart got them in Wednesday I guess, but all that was left yesterday when I got up there were two Austin figures. So I picked one up. Now I just need to find Jake and a Race for a friend.
