Yes I have both I just meant painted the same old way as those. Gotcha. Check out my edit though - it sounds like the could indeed be the same scan just with very different paint jobs. Strange if true! Those are the same sculpt. They have different flesh tones and the EG was made when they spent more money on stuff. If they used TrueFX then it probably would’ve been closer. Those eyebrows and mustache they give ‘Burbs Taker look dumb |

Mattel pedals ok-quality products at an ok-price w/ sub-par distribution. There needs to be a new entrant that creates higher quality, higher priced, and easily purchasable. The fact that Figuarts was able to create some Attitude and modern likenesses of Attitude era guys still under WWE contract makes me think Mattel does not have an exclusive license with WWE (at least globally). It's a shame the Figuarts line had some questionable attire choices and some of the scans (and body joints) were monstrous.

I finally picked up the Jake “the Snake” Roberts Flashback. As well as another Race for an overseas friend.  I Really, Really, Really want that Backlund figure. Really. P.S. I'd have gone with 'Surf & Turf' as the thread title. With Backlund and today’s Race and Roberts find I could have made the title.... “The Crossface Chicken Wing King of Surf & Turf got Snaked!” |

Looks like your Triple H doesn’t have the true purple trunks. Mine doesn’t either. I thought they fixed it from the pics we saw, but I guess not.

I didn’t think they changed the color.
Also with the exception of the Shield EM set I added pics of all my wwe figures I received for Christmas.

Did your HOC Billy Gunn or Dude have the range of motion problem with their legs like the old legends figures? Mine did. Easy fix but annoying. Triple H looks good with those legs. I might do the same or something similar.

Is the purple HHH the correct shade? Definitely not. Mine looks the same. It doesn’t even seem to match the pics on RSC OR the figure that was shown at Stockton Con. I think it’s just a little too dark shade of purple. |
