Whose calves did you use on your Orndorff fix-up? Not sure because I used the calves that I had used on my custom WM Orndorff that I made at least a couple of years ago. I think it was either Kerry or Kevin Von Erich calves, but I am not 100% sure.

UPDATED 10/17 * My Elite Series 79 Bobby Fish just arrived from Amazon. Turned out being the chase. I was actually hoping I would get the regular. I wasn’t planning on getting the chase but now that I have it I’ll keep it and hope to find the regular locally.

They had Warrior in the case. I just don’t want a figure from the night before he died. There’s no fond memory of that figure for me. It was 2 Eddie figures and 1 of everyone else. This is called taking fig collecting way too seriously. The Warrior and his family would want you to have the fig big dog! No it’s called not wasting money buying a figure I have no desire to have in my collection. I only buy wrestlers I like and enjoy watching As well as (and more importantly) Legends of the 70’s and 80’s because of the fond memories they brought back of watching wrestling with my late father in the 70’s and 80’s. The Bushwackers are a perfect example...I was never a fan of the Bushwackers, but the two occasions I walked into TRU and saw them on the pegs (the first time with Jakks CSTT and then again with Mattel’s Legends Series 2-Packs) a whirlwind of memories flooded my mind of my father marching around the house like them and putting me into a headlock and licking my head in an attempt to embarrass me in front of my friends. Remembering things like that put a smile on my face and I purchased the Bushwackers both times. And any wrestlers that I purchased from pre March ‘90 that on my shelves all have memories of watching wrestling with my father. Any wrestlers I purchase that started after March ‘90 are because I like them and have fond memories of watching. And I honestly don’t remember anything about that last RAW appearance except that he passed the next day. So an older Warrior in a suit really does nothing for me when I see it. And honestly unless it’s Flair, Triple H, Vince or a manager I really don’t care for wrestling figures wearing suits I would much rather them be in ring gear. So passing on this Warrior was a very simple decision for me just like passing on most of today’s roster is an easy decision for me.

Monroe stock hasn’t gone up at all since I’ve been checking Popfindr in recent days. Not sure what they actually have but it has shown 6 since at least Thursday. Nothing new at Newburgh or Poughkeepsie either, they’ve been at 0 and 3.

Thursday night it was back down to 6. They had 4 Heenan’s on the pegs Thursday morning.

I get Mattel wants to update and improve when they can, but sometimes they change just for the sake of change. Orndorff's original head was fine. This new Legends one seems unnecessary. Some, or many, figures need an update, but if the final result isn't an improvement, there's no point.

I've done my fair share of boil and pops with heads before but have never messed around with the lower body of a figure. Also if you have any other suggestions for making this Orndorff figure shorter I'm all ears, because it's a glaring mistake to me on a figure I'd otherwise love.

Basically it’s the same just heat the knee/ shin for about 1-2 minutes with a hairdryer so it’s soft. Then pop one side of the lower leg off of the pin. (either with your fingers or the head of a screwdriver) Remove the lower leg then pull the pin completely out of the lower leg. Also while the lower legs are still soft just pop off the boots. You may need to heat the boots a little longer. Then pop the boots onto the new shins. And then heat the top of the lower leg of the new ones for about 1-2 minutes so it’s soft enough to stick the pin into one side of it. Once you do that align the holes between it and the knee piece and with a pair of needle nose pliers squeeze the top of the lower leg together so the pin goes through the other side. Personally I put one side of the pliers on the pin and the other side between the top of the lower leg and it’s hole and just squeeze together.

It would bring a smile to my face if one day you come around and add the Legends 8 Warrior to your collection!

Not going to happen unless the person I purchased one for yesterday didn’t need it anymore. But he still needs it so it’s his. UPDATED 10/18*Today I picked up a couple new BP’s and it’s 100% obvious they aren’t going to correct scale with the basics, because the Orton is smaller than Kofi, Miz and Morrison just like every Orton and McIntyre since Basics switch articulation. So now this is the third Orton released since I mentioned it to the MDT. So basics can no longer coexist in the same universe as Elites be a it’s not getting corrected any time soon.

I can't see warrior in that scan.

Hey quick question...
Those belts in the Battle Pack? Are they the same belts from the recent New Day Elites?
Just curious. I already have both the New Elite and the Old Elite SD Belts, I'm just curious if the Battle Pack has the same ones. I might pick up a couple. Never know when you're gonna need those Smackdown Tag Belts. (Seeing as how hard they were to come by forever.)

I don’t know the only New Day figures I have are the Booty-O’s box set and and early on set of basics dressed in shades of blue.

how did they mess up the eyes on both your Fishes? lol No the question is how did they mess up all e79 Bobby Fish eyes? I haven’t seen a single pic of either of the Fish figures with good eyes let alone great eyes. Here’s both my figures eyes. The chase has better eyes than the regular. Chase and Regular-
