So the second Elite Series 83 Edge I ordered from Amazon just arrived and thankfully it was the regular version this time.

So yesterday I started to rearrange my WWF shelves because over the years the shelves got mixed. And I realized that the two shelves I had weren’t enough. So I removed the 4” Walking Dead line and the Evergreen Batman line from the shelf above them. Unfortunately I can’t use a 3-tiered riser on it because there‘s not enough head room to utilize the top tier. So I used that shelf and the one below in for the Hulkamania & pre Hulkamania eras. I did need to weed out many of the multiple versions of Macho Man, Ultimate Warrior and Andre to get them to fit on the two shelves. Hopefully the bottom two shelves will fit the New Generation, Attitude and RA Eras when I get around to putting those back up within the next week. Of course when I do I will need to weed out the many extra Rock, Austin, Undertaker & Kane figures to get them to fit on the remaining shelves. So I bought another Stunning Steve for $19 on Amazon last week and it arrived today. It was about 3 weeks early as they had it listed as a late Feb preorder when I did it. But it updated this past Friday to being “in stock” on Monday. So seeing this is my fourth I now have two sets of tag belts. One set is on The Blonds. But who would you put (and keep) the other set on? Fo me I am thinking I rank them in this order although some of these teams had different title belts.

I will say he has an error as they put the star of his right boot on the inside of the boot.

I found the WrestleMania Macho Man & Andre Entrance Carts this morning at Target.
Macho Man Randy Savage- it’s only an OK figure because of the lower legs/boots. I hate that they don’t use the tall boot mold on any of Macho’s basic figures.
Andre the Giant - Would be a great basic if not for the painted flesh on the torso. It’s close to a match in person but in photos with a camera flash it makes the torso so bright compared to the head and limbs.

I went back to the Monroe WalMart today and grabbed another Orton (and canceled my Oct order for 2) as well as an Elite Series 79 Roman Reigns they still had everyone from Elite Series 79, a few Collectors Undertakers and all the Survivor Series set. Only Cena was left from the Decade line. And they also had all of Basic Series 112 on the pegs so I picked up a B112 Rollins as well.

I found the shipper tonight at the Monroe store. They had a Henry, but he was in someone else’s hands. The shipper also had plenty of Elite Series 79 and the Survivor Series sets. And at least 5 of the Exclusive Undertaker. And that was after it had been picked over. As for the Decade figures there were still 4-5 Cena and 3 Undertaker figures left. There was no Natalia or Orton figures left.

I picked up Legends Series 8 Orndorff, Roberts & Guerrero today. I saw Legends went up by a case at four stores overnight. So I sent a text to my friend at Monroe NY to see if they did actually get a case. He said it showed a case came in on the truck. When I got there they had just finished unloading the truck and he couldn’t find the case. By that time Palisades Center’s inventory dropped down to two and when I got there only Eddie was left so I picked up Eddie.

Then I went to Spring Valley because my wife had text me while I was paying saying she saw them when she stopped in on her way to visit her father in the hospital. She said she saw the whole case on the employees cart, but passed because she thought I had gotten them at Monroe. When I got there I saw the employee’s cart, but the woman said they were street dated and they couldn’t sell them. I mentioned that I just purchased the Eddie at the Palisades Center store. She then took it to electronics to see if it would ring up and when it did she asked if I wanted any of the others so I said Jake.

I might still change them and I am keeping the suit on. lol

Triple H - The attire looks like it was based off his Steel cage match vs Mankind at SummerSlam ‘97. It doesn’t use the True FX face printing, but I honestly think the face looks great without it. The two things I wish were different about it are they gave him the wrong boots as always with the long tights look. They should be tall boots. The other is I feel his head sits too low causing the no neck look. But both are only noticeable when the robe is off. But I will probably only display him with the robe on anyway.
Chyna - While it’s a figure I could take or leave I feel she came out very nicely and I will gladly replace my Jakks Chyna with her. I am not sure what event her attire was based off of.


And I picked up the Basic Series 106 Johnny Gargano at Walgreens.

I can’t believe it’s been almost a month since last WWE figure purchases. Anyway I just went to Walgreens to pick up a couple prescriptions and hit the aisle while there and I found the newest Black e73 and the e75 Rollins as well as a Funko POP Gambit. I’m not taking loose pics of these because they are both doubles. Now if I can just find the variant Hurricane as well as another regular Hurricane I will be all set with what is out to date.

Besides raising the head on both I just added wrist tape and the black under the grey knee pad to my second one.

My Ultimate Edition Series 3 Demon Finn Balor arrived from Amazon yesterday. I have some mixed feelings on it. I do like it except for the arms. The double elbows on him just don’t seem to look right. I think the forearms are too long as are his claw like posed hands. They look like they’re to long. Causing it to look like there’s too much distance between the wrists and hands. Which is making it look like he’s got gorilla arms. So no matter if the arms arm straight or bent the forearms look too long. Other than that I really like the figure. Although mine has an issue where whenever you raise his left arm outward at the shoulder it pops out of the socket in the body. Like it’s supposed to be interchangeable like Bret’s. Anyone else have that issue?

Thanks to the top that E69 was at Walmart for $7 each I took the chance and went back today because I saw they got a case of Elites overnight. Anyway it was E69 and they were $7 each so I picked up the Miz, Ricochet and another Ciampa and canceled my Amazon order. Buying three figures for the price of one was a no brainer. There were no Rock figures. It was the cases with 2 each of Ricochet and Rey figures. Ali was the red attire. Thought about getting Rey also but even at $7 those giant hands turned me off. I also had zero interest in Ali or Lashley At $7 either.

I picked up the Ultimate Edition Ultimate Warrior this morning at the Spring Valley NY Target. Overall I am happy with it. But while we did get more articulation I do feel we might have lost some forward movement in the new ab crunch. It’s great that it has some nice sideways movement and still good backward arching I feel in my mind it may have lost some forward movement .

My Elite Series 63 Bob Backlund arrived today and while I would have preferred a longer haired WWF 70’s/‘80’s version I am very happy with how this figure came out. Personally I would have used the Funk/Anderson/Blanchard torso over the Matt Hardy one, but it’s not a bad choice. I got to open it because of the robe. I was worried about it staining if I waited until Christmas to open it so my wife let me open it. And I am glad I did, because while there wasn’t any staining there were a ton of little blue fibers all over him that I wiped off that would have stained if I kept the robe on him until Christmas.

My two KotR Hitman figures arrived just now.
I really like this figure, but there’s a couple (4) things that keep it from being a perfect figure. Here’s my initial quick thoughts on this figure.

First...It’s not Mr Perfect (for all the comedians that will say it’s not perfect. lol)

But seriously here’s the few things holding it back. One is a major issue and the other three are minor things.

1. Again they painted the flesh tone on the torso instead of molding it in flesh tone plastic. This will always be a major issue. Luckily I just display mine so the torso won’t chip over time, but that will be an issue for those who play with them.

2. His hair. Like all Mattel Bret figures the front of the hair looks odd. I get what they are going for, but the strands are molded way to thick and look like dreads.

3.The pink wrist tape is way to long. It should be half the length they made it.

4. They didn’t give Bret socks. This is a major pet peeve of mine. If a guy wore socks above his boots I feel the figure should represent that. It used to piss me off whenever Jakks would release Piper, Bret and Dynamite Kid without them. Because to me that was always part of their look/attires. So I would always paint the on myself.

So I picked up Samoa Joe’s first Elite today at Five Below and my question is this...What was the issue he was supposed to have with his arms or hands? Because my Joe’s articulation is perfect. No joint is too tight or too loose. If I had to have a complaint about him it would be that his lower torso (crotch piece) hinders his legs from kicking forward very well.

So what happened to once a wrestler gets bigger parts it’s hard or near impossible to get them to sign off on the old smaller parts? Cesaro went from having the same arms as the E35, E49 & WM34 Orton figures on his last Elite back to the small ripped arms he originally had. Boo!

Well, I hit the WalMart by my daughter’s college and they did get E55 in over the weekend. Unfortunately all they had left were 4 Cass figures. After we got home I headed up to the Monroe NY store and they had 1 each of Cass, Brock, Ellsworth and Neville. So I picked up the second Neville I was wanting. I’m not sure if I am going to change his attire to the black one that the prototype had.

I also ordered a second of the RSC Balor this morning. I have been wanting a second for a while now and at $19 and change after the discount code I couldn’t resist.

I went out today hoping to find the Fan Central and another e55 Neville for my birthday. But unfortunately I had no luck finding Fan Central at TRU or finding e55 at WalMart so I picked this Revival Battle Pack up at Walmart. A little disappointed in that they use tights molded legs molded in flesh tones. So they have wrinkles molded into their legs.

So my wife and I went out this morning to WalMart where they restocked the FB Elite so I was able to pick up the lone Mean Gene they had which was someone I did watch with my father. Now if Mattel would only release his favorite wrestler Superstar Billy Graham.

My “King of the Cruiserweights” arrived today.
Elite Series 55 Neville - It's a great head sculpt and a very nice figure...but it is missing his arm bands around his shoulders.
And yes they painted the thighs flesh tone instead of molding them in the flesh tone. (My one major complaint with the figure)

*UPDATEd 11/11* I picked up the HOF Piper and Diesel today at the Palisades Center Target. They went from Limited stock to In Stock overnight on Brickseek so I got there at 8am. Looks like 2 Piper figures were purchased by the overnight crew. Because all that was there were 2x Diesel, 2X Roberts, 1 Piper, 1 Steele. The employee searched the back room, but there weren’t any. Thankfully they left the one or I would have been pissed. lol

Rowdy Roddy Piper - the kilt needs work, because it won’t stay fastened at all. Slightly touch it and it pops open.

We had to cross the river today and drop my Brother-in-laws car off at the Westchester Airport so I didn’t have to drive over there at midnight to pick them up. Anyway after dropping off his car my wife suggested we go to the Mount Kisco NY Target. I agreed hoping to find the HOF Piper and NXT Roode. No luck on either of those just 4 HOF Tito’s and a bunch of Owens, Joe and Sami from NXT series 1. But they did have the NXT series 2 Elites (3 Asuks, 2 Nakamura and 1 each of the Revival) so I picked up a NXT Elite Series 2 Nakamura.

I picked the Basic Series 75 Balor and Jericho up this morning at the Monroe NY WalMart. They had at least two of everyone. Lana might have had 3 but I think one fell out of my reach as they were on the top of the shelves where they stick the overflow. All the cards were damaged on this set. Still need to pick up Orton and maybe Braun, but passed on them for now in favor of better carding. (I don’t know why as I will open them anyway. lol)

* UPDATE 10/8* I saw one of our WalMarts had updated their stock with two cases of Elites this morning so I went hoping it was E52, because they had already had a few restocks of E51 and their last restock they had gotten a case of E50 two weeks ago. I get there tonight and what do I see on the pegs? Becky, 2 Enzo, 2 Cass, 2 Beefcake, 6 Apollo and 3 Orton. I ended up buying another Elite Series 50 Orton so it wouldn’t be a wasted trip.

I picked up the Two Dudes Battle Pack today at the Fishkill NY WalMart. They had a full case. They also had the Elizabeth wave off TNF.

Real quick thoughts on the HBK. I thought I would like it more that the Diesel figure, but I don’t...Mainly because they gave him the really scrawny EG HBK arms instead of the usual arm. Plus the top part of his boot (part molded to his lower leg) is red. I will paint those black before the end of the weekend. I’ll post loose pics when we get home.

I took our daughter to class this morning and while waiting for it to let out I stopped at a WalMart that I really don't like and surprising they had one each of the TNF Series 3 on the pegs so I picked up Seth and Elizabeth as they were the only ones in the set I wanted. And it was good thing I only wanted them seeing every other figure besides the Seth that came with a title belt had the title stolen. So I would have been pissed if Seth's title was stolen, because like I said there was only one each of this assortment and I really wanted the Seth.
