If anything Baron Corbin is almost guaranteed to become the next WWE Champion I mean he is Mr. Money in the Bank and he could cash in that briefcase whenever he wants but honestly with Mahal as champion and with his insurance policies being the Singh Brothers and The Great Khali it begs the question of when he will find the time to cash in but honestly with Corbin if they don't rush his cash-in I can see it happening either at Survivor Series 2017, Royal Rumble 2018 or even Corbin doing what Rollins did cashing it in at WrestleMania 34

Just as a change to the cash in they normally Do, it would be kinda neat to see him win the Rumble and challenge for the title at WM, lose, attack his opponent, then cash in immediately after and win the title.
Its different for what's been done with the Mitb and it sets up rematches. I also see Jinder holding the belt till Survivor series where he drops it to who.. that part I don't know who I wanna see as champ, maybe Styles.

He'll cash in on Cena as soon as he defeats Jinder.
Personally I'd like to see Baron fake an injury. Have it reported on WWE.com. Sell it to the dirt-sheets as real. Make it look as though Corbin will miss months due to surgery. Boom... days later he runs out and cashes in after a hard fought match.
All a plan to get the champion to let their guard down.

I had more or less the same idea a ways back, one of the few ways to still keep MITB a surprise imo. I wonder though if they were to announce a Corbin injury if anyone would buy it since they took the briefcase off Kennedy when he legit got injured.

i will say... Corbin doesn't cash in. Corbin jumps Nakamura next week leading to Cena winning the #1 contenders match. Daniel Bryan sets up a Nakamura vs Corbin match at Summerslam for the MITB Briefcase. Nakamura wins the match and cashes in... at the Royal Rumble vs Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title.

Doubtful at SS, imo

A hint? It begins with Summer and ends with Slam. WWE has been trying to be a bit less predictable lately, but I think they go the completely predictable route on this one.

If it was someone more seasoned than Corbin, like AJ, I'd love to see the holder win the Rumble, challenge the other brands champion at WrestleMania, but also cash in the case at mania.

Corbin is nowhere near ready to be champion. We've also spent the last 3 months watching a jobber champion. If he cashes in at SummerSlam it's going to be a disaster for him, ala Jack Swagger.

Hoping it's a failed cash in at Summerslam, and then Corbin goes nuts and takes out Cena (who presumably is the Champion) leading to a one on one encounter for the title where Corbin gets the "clean" win and championship

Don't think it's summerslam because I don't think they'd do 2 cash ins in a night. Carmella is cashing in at SS, which is why we have the out of no where Natty Naomi feud that no one cares about

My guess is summerslam.

I think there's a really good chance of it being Summerslam, whether Jinder's opponent is Shinsuke or Cena (either of which I'd expect to beat Jinder.)

Imagine this. Cena's 16th reign only lasts a few weeks and then his record breaking 17th reign only lasts a few minutes.
I can't see Vince giving Cena another short reign especially it will be huge.

John Cena's 17th reign being only few minutes doesn't seem likely at all, so I don't think Corbin will cash in on Cena. I'm gonna say Corbin cashes in on Sami Zayn or Chris Jericho.

Royal Rumble if anything would be a perfect time for him to cash in

I was reallly hoping he would cash in against Lesnar vs Joe. Is that a possibility? Him taking the briefcase to Raw?

I always thought a decent way to change things up and also give the person a little extra heat is to cash in when the champ has the night off. Lets say Cena is champ and storyline wise he's not on SD because he's granting wishes at a local children's hospital. Corbin comes out and says he's cashing in and wants his shot now. Cena no shows so its considered a forfeit and Corbin gets the title.
