Yeahhh.... not happening.
Is it something I'd love to see? Absolutely. But Punk is not going to come back anytime soon, if ever. I fear by the time he patches things up with the company, he'll be too old to compete.

And let's be honest here guys. He's not even thinking about coming back unless he's got a guaranteed Wrestlemania main event written in stone. What an entitled **** He's earned it. He is like Lesnar, WWE needs him more than he needs WWE. |

Why did Finn Balor fued with Elias for like 2 months and gets held off of almost all ppvs since his return? Why are they wasting AJ Styles on the US title as why is Nakamura about to be fed to Cena? Yeah, what you are saying makes sense and the fans would love it, but look at the crap they end up doing and tell me that you really think Vincf gives a crap about great matches or good matchups. You're saying what they should do, I'm telling you what's more likely based on what usually happens. I'm not sure what you're talking about Nakamura vs Cena, Balor vs Elias, or AJ's US title reign for. Because it was a generic "WWE sux" rant. |

What I find funny is that Punk was gonna be in the position Bryan was put it, and while he obv wouldn't have been put in the title match, he would have been put over by Triple H and I wouldn't have been surprised if the match was the main event

Whoops. Let's be honest, IF (big if) Punk were to return, it would not be for SD, and it certainly wouldn't be advertised like that. IF CM Punk came back, SD is the ONLY place that makes sense. RAW is dominated by guys like Reigns, Braun, and Brock. CM Punk would get lost in the shuffle. With the pathetic WWE title situation over the last 7 months, Punk could easily get to the top of that brand....but then again, maybe not, look at what they are wasting AJ Styles. But yeah, you don't want Punk anywhere near RAW unless you want to see him fued with Elias. Ha. If Punk came back, which is wouldn't and most likely shouldn't, he would be on a Brock type schedule. And he would only be used for high profile matches. Punk drew when he was company. That was before. People would pay crazy money to see him return, even most of the ones that cry that he "abandoned his fans." I love Finn. I really do. But he's not the name Punk is. Not yet at least. So comparing them is pointless. |
