Hey guys. Didn't really know where else to put this. So I bought the first Destiny when it launched and played it almost every day for the first month after it came out. But I quickly just ran out of interest in the game because it seemed like such a grind. I heard though that as the game went on they improved the amount of content in the game but I just never went back to it. So my question to anyone that has bought Destiny 2 and have played it thus far, is there more substance to the game in your opinion out of the box or is it going to be another game where after half a dozen expansions it's going to feel like a complete experience?

My mate said it's basically the first one with another color shade on it. He has already returned his copy to Gamestop, so take that as you will. He played the first one religiously.

I've played Destiny 2 for awhile. The game is designed to play with friends. Being a lone player is okay when grinding levels, but strikes and raids is were it's at.
That being said, I bought Destiny 1 at launch and didn't like it. It' wasn't until 3 years later and they released Destiny with all the DLC with the game did I give it another shot. It became wildly addicting.
Unless you are a die-hard Destiny fan, I think Destiny 2 will disappoint you as it is the game as Destiny 1 was within it's year 1 release.
