Why didn't match happen? there was big build from WrestleMania 9 until just before Summer Slam 93 where Tatanka and Sherri vs Luna and Bam Bam Bigelow. than they changed to six man tag match I was looking forward to this back than

Sherri was released right before SSlam so the match was scrapped. I'm not sure if it was drug related or what.

Vince was letting a lot of the 'older' stars go around summer of '93. Sherri, Tito Santana, Jim Duggan, and others all got their walking papers in favour of newer talent like the 123 Kid, Jeff Jarrett and others. It was probably a wise choice really.

Also in 93, Sherri was to have a match with Madusa at ECW November to Remember. Madusa ended up signing with the WWF so she had to be replaced. Two matches in the same year with Sherri that I was looking forward to.
