Rumors are making the rounds that Dolph Ziggler is leaving WWE... again.
Do you guys think he'll finally sac up and leave? They clearly aren't going to do anything of substance with him. I hope he leaves. He'd be fantastic in NJPW, ROH or even LU (assuming that they're getting another season).

If Dolph went to either NJPW or ROH, I could see him joining the Bullet Club within a month. It's the cool thing to do. He already has a tendency to emulate HBK of the Kliq and he uses the super kick. He'd fit right in.

"WHAT IS DICK DIGGLER DOING IN THE IMPACT ZONE?!" By the time he would join them there would be no ''IMPACT ZONE'' anymore...

"WHAT IS DICK DIGGLER DOING IN THE IMPACT ZONE?!" By the time he would join them there would be no ''IMPACT ZONE'' anymore... LOL. As if TNAGFWImpact won't outlast a nuclear explosion. But I could easily see Ziggles leaving. Though I think he's more likely to focus on his stand-up career than going to a place like NJPW. GFW would honestly be ideal for him, since they only tape like once a month, and have no house shows - and will pay him decently, since he's a biggish ex-WWE name.

Look, I like Dolph. He can have great matches when he wants. But to be honest, he just seems so uninspired at times. Now I do believe the company is to blame for some of that. There were times he should have gotten wins when he didn't. But so is Dolph. He makes fun of people for saying he phones it in, but the truth is, he does have a tendency to seem like he doesn't give two s**ts. The office knows it and the fans can see it. We aren't stupid.
If Dolph sticks around he needs a character overhaul. Maybe a new look and maybe even a tag partner and/or a valet. Align him with Mike & Maria perhaps? Anything to stop coming off like HBK-Lite. I think it hurts Dolph more than it helps.
Id he leaves, Dolph could do well in NJPW. Maybe he could have a matches with the Young Bucks where they super kick each other for an hour?

It wasn't even a year ago when the rumors about him leaving started. It was literally like around January. Pretty sure he signed a 4 year deal or something extensive last year.
LITERALLY every time they do something new with him, these rumors come out

I'm a huge Ziggler fan, but I've reached the point where I want him to go and be utilized properly in a place like NJPW or ROH. Everything about him just screams Bullet Club to me, and I'm super picky about who I'd put in there.

Dolph needs to leave the WWE. He is so stale that it's not even funny now.
Look what leaving the WWE did for Drew McIntyre. The two years he was gone from WWE was like a breath of fresh air for him, and it made him become better and now look at him in NXT. Dolph needs to do the same thing. Only thing is, Dolph isn't young anymore. He is in his late 30s. So either shut up, Dolph, be glad you have a job with WWE and take the fat money you are earning, or leave and try else where.

I've thought for years that Dolph should have left and went to TNA/ROH/NJPW...ect like what Christian,Rhodes and McIntrye did all of which got much better and where treated as bigger stars. But if Dolph says I think the WWE has missed a huge on not having him and Miz as a tag team, hell even throw in Zack Ryder with all three being close friends. If Miz hadn't of left Smackdown a feud with those three against New Day would have been something to see and also something fresh for all of the talents.

I hope so.
It's a shame to think that the only time when I was invested in him was the night after WrestleMania 29 - and that's coming up to five years ago now...

I loved his do or die type feud with Miz last year, hard to believe that was a year ago already. That's when I really got into him again and it only annoyed me further when it once again went nowhere and he was right back to being a complete jobber. Sadly I can't see this current "push" being any different. They just don't seem to like the guy.

He's a good wrestler, but he's been ruined to the point i don't care anymore.

I have a similar sentiment to several here. I've been a fan for years and just keep wanting them to finally give him a proper push with consistent quality and some protection of his character but he is never given it. He does seem complacent and I can't really blame him. As much as I would love to see him used right on wwe tv, I think he could fare better if he left and possibly have a run similar to Cody or Drew did and still do.

He's a guy that won't go to the Indy scene and then come back to WWE and rule NXT and then get called back up.
So it depends on if he wants to float by in WWE or to wrestle in gyms and then retire in ROH or some show you either gotta stay up til 3am or watch it on IPPV or something.

I think Dolph will just quietly leave once his current contract is over, and to be honest I think it would be for the best in the long run. I think after a couple of years away from the WWE he can really show them what their are missing out on similar to Drew McIntyre.

Hopefully. If I never saw him on my TV again I'd be more than okay with it.

Extremely talented guy. He's become so jaded after having the rug pulled from underneath him so many times over the years. He needs a fresh start to revitalise himself. Maybe GFW, maybe ROH. For me, he needs to go to Japan. He won't but he needs to follow the Styles route imo if he is to rediscover his motivation. Good luck to him whatever he decides though.
