Disgusting words. Completely without tact. Hogan is not the devil, that is correct. However, are you honestly saying Hogan's behaviour should be excused simply because there are worse people around? Absolutely not. I'm just saying it's entirely unfair to demonize him as this awful human being if you're going to ignore some of the disgraceful things other people have done. You can't just pick and choose your outrage. People can ascertain from the context of what he said, what he meant. It was worded poorly, and people have used it as an excuse to trash him. I have an issue with that. I know this sounds crazy... ...but it's entirely possible to find multiple people's actions to be despicable. Even at the same time! I know, I know! |

Ultimate Warrior used to go on horrific anti-gay tirades and he was brought back, put in video games, given figured, put in the Hall of Fame and if he hadn't died would have been made an ambassador for the company. This will not affect the decision if WWE wants to bring him back. And anyway, his point was don't sit there and complain that your house has no power when a lot of people don't even have a house anymore. Just saw this one. Aren't you the guy that was a large contributor in driving Bill off of these boards a while back? So, you, if anyone, should understand the ramifications and repercussions of your words, and how to properly choose them. I have an issue with that. Who is ignoring other wrestlers' despicable words/actions? It's very simple and easy to be disgusted by multiple wrestlers' disgraceful words/actions at the same time. You don't just find one wrestlers' actions/words despicable and then say "oh, I've had my fill of outrage for the day, can't be outraged at anyone else!". I'm puzzled as to where your point is coming from, and what you're basing it on. People can make assumptions, sure. But that doesn't mean they're necessarily correct. A disaster such as this is one that needs to be regarded with a great deal of tact. Someone who doesn't take time and care to ensure that they're expressing their message with the appropriate level of tact is clearly not someone who should be speaking on it at all. If they don't have consideration for how dire the situation is, then I wouldn't assume they have the best intentions at heart to begin with. |

Hogan REALLY needs a social media publicist or something (does that even exist?) to keep him from saying stupid crapthat keeps him from saying things that are going to possibly lose him revenue stream.
