What exactly did he say that was so terrible? He basically said people without power shouldn't complain because there's people who lost family members, pets, homes, cars, etc. from the hurricane that they can't replace. Nothing he said was wrong. This is what I got from it. Its just SJW needing something else to complain about.

Disgusting words. Completely without tact. Also, I can't say I overly like Hogan, but these people who seem to despise Hogan as a human being seem to have little understanding of how many truly awful people are wrestlers, and some of the awful things they've done. Get off your high horse, Hogan ain't the devil. Hogan is not the devil, that is correct. However, are you honestly saying Hogan's behaviour should be excused simply because there are worse people around? What exactly did he say that was so terrible? He basically said people without power shouldn't complain because there's people who lost family members, pets, homes, cars, etc. from the hurricane that they can't replace. Nothing he said was wrong. He said that people without water supplies are "crybabies". Here's a crazy fact: you need water to live. Furthermore, these are people that have gone through a disaster. Calling them "crybabies" is just absolutely disgusting, and shows a blatant lack of tact in a difficult time. I'm sorry, but if you honestly don't see anything wrong with his statements, then you completely lack tact as well.

Here's an idea: as a disgraced former star with a huge controversy barely in your rear view mirror and many people in the community thinking you're a racist, how about not posting things that you know could be misconstrued/taken out of context. I don't care what his intended message was. Figure out a tactful way to say it, or don't say it all, period. The fact that he's careless enough to say something like this in the position he's in without having so much as a second thought tells you everything you need to know about Hulk Hogan.

Nothing he said was wrong. Completely agree but you have to remember this is the sensitive generation/era. You have to hold them and make them feel better. Its not like our grand parents who were dirt poor in the middle of a depression and a war and still built this country to be a super power.

Hes not a good person either. as evidenced by his remarks to his son about Nick's friend who was paralyzed in a car crash caused by Nick himself, saying the friend had it coming, oh and there's the racist crap he said on that sex tape. The HUGE number of wrestlers have done way worse stuff than any of that. Doesn't matter, Hogan is a piece of crapas well.

Eight people died in a nursing home because of NO AC due to Irma. Hogan Could've found a better way to say his point.

No A little tact never hurts anyone. While I agree. I seriously don't consider what he said was as bad as its being made out to be. The nursing home situation is a tragedy. But this isn't about that.

No, stupid, it is absolutely, 110% about that. These elderly people, who had no air, and no electric, and no water--DIED BECAUSE OF IT. I am so freaking sick of people like you. What ever happened to common human decency? Understanding when and where to say Something? Understanding when basic empathy and sympathy come into play. It's people like you that are so wrapped up with their idiotic faces in their phones and laptops that they don't know how to interact with the people around them. Understanding why someone telling people that just went through a natural disaster, regardless of the level of severity, that they are being crybabies is HEARTLESS. It doesn't make one who opposes it a SJW, a snowflake, triggered, or whatever moronic, played out catchphrase you choose to use. It makes them an actual human being. If you can't understand that, you're hopeless, you're useless, and you shouldn't be granted access to the internet. Put the phone down, go outside, and relearn how people operate. Ok

Dont know if Id say we held it over their heads. By the 60s multiple countries had nuclear weapons. Its not like the Soviets & US were the only ones till after the cold war. Doesnt change the fact though that the generation before the baby boomers were easily the best this country has seen.

Yeah. Okay. Because you have nothing of intelligence to add to this. Since you're a new member here I wouldn't be picking fights with people on the internet and taking things way too seriously. Chill man.

This charming piece of ridiculous drivel now allows you to trade with other members here! Huzzah! I know people will be rushing to make deals with a stellar individual like you who wants to tell someone else how stupid, useless, and hopeless they are while lecturing them on how they should have human decency.

I'm just saying it's entirely unfair to demonize him as this awful human being if you're going to ignore some of the disgraceful things other people have done. You can't just pick and choose your outrage. People can ascertain from the context of what he said, what he meant. It was worded poorly, and people have used it as an excuse to trash him. I have an issue with that.
