After last night's Hell in a Cell PPV Sami Zayn with that shocking heel turn helping Owens to beat Shane inside Hell in a Cell it begs the question of where Sami Zayn goes from here? I can see a Shane McMahon/Sami Zayn feud for sure but perhaps a US Title run but who knows

I hate to see Sami turn heel. He had so much potential if booked correctly. That being said, he wasn't doing jack s**t for the last few months. So hopefully this helps get him some TV time and gives him a push of sorts.
I'd love to see a Zayn vs Styles feud. Give those two enough time and it'd be magic. A feud with Shane could also be very good. Also the rematch against Nakamura could be a MOTY contender... again.

I agree, I thought Zayn would/could be a true face that made his way to the top "the right way" as Owen's nemesis. But it seems like they are going to swerve us. This could be good because WWE desperately needed something fresh, especially on the SDL side. I think Zayn has done a great job in all ways, from in-ring to mic-work, he might be the most underrated guy on the roster at the moment.

What if he brought back the mask on Tuesday? I like what happened. Very rarely does wrestling actually shock me but that did.

Let's not forget Daniel Bryan was a heel at one point. I don't see this as a bad thing. Daniel becoming heel helped excel his career way more than being a face at the time.

I don't see it as a heel turn. How could you not?? He helped move Owens from the cell elbow by Shane, and then dragged Owens on top of Shane and yelled violently to the referee to make the 3 count. It seems pretty heelish to me.

Came here to say exactly this. Bryan had literally zero momentum at all when he was a face. After he turned heel is when his career really kicked off.

I can at least say I'm actually interested in him for the moment.

I don't know, but I do know that I cannot wait to see where Sami Zayn goes from this! It was such a shockingly wonderful twist to see last night. Sure, he's a natural face, but they've done nothing with him as a face. So any role that makes them actually use him is better than the alternative.

Who cares. They've done nothing with him for sooooo long and I'm supposed to care what he does now. Plus with his constant losses its not like he is a game changer in most people's eyes. Pretty much a robber. Like someone else said this hasn't been done to aid Sami just to assist the Shane McMahon and Owens aspect of the feud and he'll most likely be back losing I a few months. This is probably the way that they can team up and lose to Shane and whoever but protect Owens so he doesn't have to take the pin.

I didn't see it as a fully fledged turn from Sami, if so he could have just came down any point in the match and attacked Shane. I saw it more as he saw someone he has a long history with about to be severely hurt, and although they are rivals he kinda remembered his friendship with KO and saved him.

While I can't picture him as a heel....him doing anything is interesting & better than losing all the time

Lets be honest, its WWE....He and Owens will be a tag team and challenge the New Day after they win the titles back for the 73rd time next PPV.

Wait, you mean to tell me that WWE would put faith in a tag team of two combined singles wrestlers rather than a dedicated team? And then only use such team in their tag team scene? Unheard of.

At least this means they have to give him TV time.

I hope this all leads to Sami finally admitting that HE was the one who burned down the orphanage with El Generico inside. Something has always been off about him... he's just too nice to not be covering up a major crime or two.

Didn't like how stupid his face looked while doing it. If you're gonna go heel at least try and look like your arse is in it. He looked like KO had his girlfriend at gunpoint somewhere and I'll be amazed if they go that route.
