Thought this question would be different. How do you save/invest money? Do you use just a savings account? Anyone use the stock market? Investing apps? So many ways these days to save money. I personally either use an App cslled Acorns that invests money for you and is linked to your bank account and I buy stock myself here and there. I am not good with keeping money in just a bank account for a rainy day so I "hide" it in these accounts that way I don't see it and know it's there everyday. Thought this might be good for Younger memes too looking for a way to start saving because it is never too early

I have a 401K with my employer I hate, some money invested in a Merrill Lynch fund and save a little from my paychecks in my savings account. Otherwise, figures are my investment, so yeah, Im not very good with money like Ric Flair or Allen Iverson.

I buy CDs (certificates of deposit). Plus I have an immense action figure collection that I'm now selling.

Cryptocurrency.
I don't know where it's going, but if it goes up, I'm going up with it.

I have a 401k with my employer which I invest 10% of each paycheck and they match 4% of that. I also have a savings account that automatically transfers each week the day after my paycheck is direct deposited. I add some here and there when I can. I have a Capital One Venture card that I use and I pay that off monthly so I can accumulate reward points.
Plus I try to keep my checking account healthy. I did just get a promotion and a pretty significant pay raise so things are working out pretty good right now.

Cryptocurrency. I don't know where it's going, but if it goes up, I'm going up with it. Bitcoin and ether? I bought 20 bitcoin at 800. I also have 27,000 shares of Microsoft.

Just letting it stack for now in my checking account. I still live at home but I pay my own bills so I just want to bank what I can as a foundation for when I do move out.

They lock your money in for long periods and pay a horrible return. Look into an annuity. Met Life has a nice one that pays 15% on initial investment, but you must be vested for a min. 5 years.

I don't deal with anything that holds my money.
I have a checking account and a savings account, but thats it. I keep my money, not some big business that does with it what they want when they need it.
My employer has a 401k, but I don't bother because no matter how you look at it other than saving your own money, you'll lose a little or a ton of it if you ever needed to get any of it out ... unless you wait until your at retirement age to get it ... THEN YOURE TAXED AGAIN ... forget all of that.

CM Poor this is your territory. That being said, I try to save at least half of my pay if I can and just bank it and hope it's not needed and can just build up. I'd like to invest some day, though.

If I had some spare funds now, I'd invest in crypto right now. Besides, right now is a good time for purchasing it. And not only bitcoin 😃 And not the whole unit. I'm personally considering investing in a part of BTC. I study the crypto financial market at the moment. This resource is really helpful cryptolinks . As far as I know, the cryptocurrency experts are predicting that BTC price will increase soo and I don't wants to be left behind again.
