Correct. But this will be the first with VAC plates.

The Hardcore Championship Title Belt has VAC plates?? It looks like painted rubber to me, but I hope I'm wrong.

Rewatched the RSC video. At first it looked VAC to me, but you're right, it's painted dull plates.

Yeah, what I was looking at was the back of the Hardcore Belt. Maybe the paint is shinier, but it's still not plates.
