Styles only won the title to protect Jinder. This way, Styles loses to Lesnar in 6-8 minutes instead, then Jinder wins the title back during the India tour and holds it until WrestleMania. I literally can never get excited about a 1v1 Lesnar match ever again, because Brock is too lazy to put in real work. I have to question whether it is Brock being lazy or Brock is doing what the WWE asks of him. He had some good matches and one great match against CM Punk that were more than a dozen suplexes - F5 - pin. Then came the John Cena "Suplex City" match. It seems like after that match when "Suplex City" caught on that all he is asked to do is hit suplexes anymore. Of course, I don't know for sure. There are the stories about the Ambrose/Lesnar WM match that could be interpreted as Brock not caring about anything beyond the paycheck. I'm hoping that when Brock and AJ sit down to discuss the match, they put together something better. AJ doesn't phone it in and I think he would push Brock do a little more than the usual stuff too. I think its that Lesnar has sorta the same problem Orton has. When they're not motivated, they dont do their best work. I bet AJ will get a good match outta Lesnar

Triple H teams with his sons Finn and Joe against his original son Randy and other two sons Bobby and Shinsuke. All because no one cared about Kurtβs son.

I think this is looking like a very entertaining show, Survivor Series is always "my show" as it more often than not happens right around my birthday and even at 35, I get excited by it. I think Brock vs AJ is going to be great, I really do not think there is one person on the roster AJ cannot get a good match out of and a motivated Brock is always fun and I think he is going to really bring it for this match. Plus I donot care what anyone says, anytime Triple H wrestles these days is cool by me

this thread is tiring lol Agreed. A whole lot of people that want the WWE to make sense so much, that theyβre overlooking the incredible match weβre gonna see. Wrestling honestly will never make sense completely, so just enjoy what we get in the ring!

I was watching Punk vs Lesnar from summerslam 2013 recently and thought to myself "man why doesn't Lesnar have matches like this anymore?!". Match vs Joe could have been that awesome. Match vs Styles on Sunday could be that awesome. I think Brock either forgot how to work or he doesn't want to. Why would creative not want him to have awesome matches like he did with Punk.

Plus I want to see Triple H in face to face confrontations with Roode especially and also with Nakamura too most importantly given the NXT connection

After last night too I can see Jason Jordan costing Team RAW the victory and why? Because Angle did nothing to stop Triple H from pedigreeing him right in the middle of the Ring and just let Triple H replace him...for that Jordan will feel betrayed and he will cost Angle his job giving Smackdown the victory
The writing is on the proverbial wall think about it

The respectful praise of AJ in Heymanβs promo is interesting. It sets Brock up as less of a heel, and makes you wonder if it portends anything in particular for the match itself. It also raises AJ and Brock above the fray of the SD vs. Raw competition.
Though, perhaps it was done to protect AJ post-Survivor Series more than anything.

WWE doesn't give a crap about AJ Styles. He's just a pawn in the game that revolves around Roman Reigns. Lesnar is going to be made to look like a million bucks and slaughter AJ because Lesnar has to be at the absolute STRONGEST when the beast finally gets slayed by our God and Lord Almighty savior and our required favorite wrestler and greatest of all time bar none and sure fire first ballot Hall of Famer.....ROMAN REIGNS.
So no....AJ Styles is probably not even really going to be allowed to get in more than a few moves on Brock. He might even open him up like Orton.
WWE just didn't want Jinder to have to job to Brock. Jinder will have the belt back within a month. AJ Styles, to Vince McMahon, is an old, small, lifetime Indy guy that WWE is just using to milk some money out of the marks. WWE has no real long term plans for AJ and they don't want him as the top guy because he's not a WWE creation.

Within his first two years of the company he is a two time WWE Champion, a two time US Champion, beat Cena clean, has had high profile matches most the time, was put in the ring with Shane (which shows trust), has been praised almost every night, and will most likely have another high profile match at Wrestlemania. So basically, you are talking out of your ass.

so many dream matches in the mens 5 v 5! just imagine
HHH vs Roode HHH vs Nakamura Joe vs Cena Joe vs Shane Joe vs Orton ( i can see a coquina clutch being reversed into an RKO) Finn vs Orton Finn vs Roode Angle vs Nakamura
HHH and Shane's interactions (if they do interact) should be interesting as well given all the supposed heat between them

I have a feeling Roode somehow gets taken out of the match and is replaced by Daniel Bryan.
