The eyes look fine imo cause a lot of Hasbros had eyes like that,as for the hair,use some bright orange paint. Aside from that it looks amazing!

Sheamus looks spot on.
My only critique on Cesaro is the top of his head is just a wee bit smallish. It's a bit obvious from the front, but moreso from the back. The top of his dome is a bit more bulbous.
But that's just a small detail. That's very nice work overall. If these were at retail, I would not hesitate to pay money for them.
