Ok I know it is played out but.....me and my friend are starting a podcast....
*Ducks behind boxes to get out of way of throwing vegetables and boos*
Anywho....the idea I had was to What If book scenarios. I am sure someone else has done this but we wanna do it too.
So I come to you all for ideas. Each episode will he between 30 minutes and an Hour. We will of course do the obvious ones, Screwjob never happened, Owen, Eddie, ect never died when they did, nWo had a different 3rd man, ect. And book around 1 year and debate how much different the landscape could he today.
I got this idea when me and a buddy we're talking about what would have happened is 2Pac wasn't killed and the possibility of Dre never finding and signing Eminem and I thought hey.....wrestling.
So....give us scenarios.

- if Bret didn't leave, book him in wwf 98
- Vader beats Shawn at summerslam like he was supposto
- if warrior didn't leave again in 96
- obviously rebook the invasion angle

What if Vince did go to jail during the steroid trial in 94?

what if WCW never went under and kept its momentum it had in 96-98
what if NWA started to flourish in 1990 and the tops stars (flair,sid,road warriors,luger,etc) never left
not huge, but what if John Studd never left either time (1986 or 1989)
if the steroid thing never happened in 92
what if no gulf war in 91, what would wwf's year have been like

If Bret vs Shawn happened at Mania 13 (as originally planned) does the screwjob still happen at Survivor Series ,or does Bret put Shawn over on his way out? And if so, do we still get the creation of Mr McMahon?

I was trying to think of something that wasn't obvious for this and an interesting one popped into my head...
What if Rocky Maivia had actually got over as a babyface in '97 and never joined The Nation?
Would we still have seen The Rock?
Would Dwayne Johnson be as big a star in the entertainment industry as he is today?

I always like thinking about Lex Luger and what if he won the WWF title at Summerslam '93? Or another one, what if he turned heel instead of Bulldog and never left for WCW in 1995?

If ECW didn't die and went the direction of more mma-ish style like Heyman stated.
If XPW got more exposure and where talent would be now if not nearly "blackballed".
If WWE had more pure commentary by naming the moves and removing the "superstar" tag.

What if the WWF purchase of WCW in ‘85 was a success? A.K.A what if Black Saturday never happened
What if Hogan returned to the WWF after BATB ‘00?
What if Shane never left?
What if Bret jump ship to WCW in 96 instead of Hall and Nash?
What if Savage returned to the WWF in 02 with the nWo?
What if Hogan had faced Austin at Mania X8?
What if Warrior had lost at Mania VI?
What if John Cena had been fired in 02?
What if CM Punk never left?
What if the Monday Night War never ended? (Either WCW survives or ECW becomes a serious threat to the WWF or TNA does.)
What if Shawn was screwed instead of Bret? (Antonio screw job)

What if Owen had left with the rest of the Hart Foundation?
What if the Radicals had stayed in WCW?
What if WWE went out of business in the late 90's (when WCW had them right on the verge of dying)?
